It depends on the nature of the controversy 'cause I still do ignore some.

As for not going easy on stupid people; I still don't reply all stupid mentions 'cause some people's stupidity is wired genetically. Replying these ones is a waste of data and time. Every troll anticipates for a reply, take for example the two trolls who have mentioned me on this thread but lingered around hoping in 2 to 5 minutes I would reply but I just ignored them 'cause in the ground scheme of things they're inconsequential so don't matter. If only you know the real person with whom you exchange words with you'll actually end up hating yourself for stooping that low. Disappointing these ones by holding back makes them uncomfortable and it's the best antidote to a trolling fool.
