Good day jideSM, for the past 3days or so my mtn network has been very bad, can't send text message, can't contact call centre and the worst of all my data network disappear and appear at will, even when it appears it does not send our receive data, please I want you to look into it before my data period runs out cause I can't access the internet with and it is frustrating, thanks. Thanks for replying! But the SIM is in a China phone where pre-installed apps can't be deleted. Besides, the only games on the phone are Sokoban & Snake games. What do I do?

good afternoon.. I am on MTN pulse.. And since morning I have been trying to subscribe by sending P500 to 131, but it's saying error.. I even called customer care to subscribe it for me. But he said he can't.. I don't know if it's a general problem or just me.. I really need to do something with my MTN.. It's d only strong service provider here..

Please, I never subscribed to this MTN laugh out loud in the first instance, I just saw the message that 50naira has been deducted for the service, I tried to opt out with the method I saw in the message sent, but I'm getting error message, I called customer care line, not going through, this morning, another 50 naira was deducted.... Please do something.....

Hi JideSM, I had 2.4gb+ on my MTN line which was to expire 3/9/17 but I had recharge on the 2nd to allow auto-renewal but waking up this morning 4/9/17, the 2.4gb+ I had was wiped and I had only the 1.5gb + 200mb from the 20% data bonus . I called customer care twice but all they were telling me was irrelevant. My data usage below also data balance before the auto renewal, August 31st to be precise
