Do Not Sponsor Her Education Or Career If She Is Not Your Wife: Miss Cokie by MissCokie(f): 7:51pm On Sep 08, 2017 |
I have heard and seen so many men sponsoring a girl who is not his wife through education/career. I just want you to know something, when she's done with you, she will leave you for someone else. The money you would use in sponsoring her, please give it to your mother or sister to start a business or rather, sponsor your sisters education/career. You can share your experience for others to learn. 169 Likes 15 Shares |

If I do anything for my gf or anyone,it's not really because I owe such person a duty or something, it's just because I'm the bigger person, and if I don't like,I won't do,no matter the noise.I don't do things for people because I expect a payback, that's a poverty mindset. But the idea is this, never allow emotional blackmail as a way of getting you to do stuffs MissCokie: 123 Likes 18 Shares |

somehow true i had a friend that almost commited suicide because of that. As a tailor he trained this girl in school only for the girl to bring home a suitor in her final year. As fate may have it the guy is now a millionaire while the girl is still unmarried up till now. But its not that bad if an established guy trains a girl in school, it will be hard for the girl to dump the guy knowing fully well that the guy is made 60 Likes 3 Shares |

@OP Literally, where there's no agreement between a girl and boy that they would marry each other even if they mutually remain loyal to each other throughout the cause of their dating period, with the normal accompany assistances from both parties towards each other, there's nothing wrong if a guy (vice versa) selflessly, conscientiously and altruistically sponsors his girlfriend's education/career, and still leave her to decide whom to marry between him and other suitors in the end. In this kind of scenario if the girl chooses another man to marry, I see no evil in her action - one who denied another free will is an evil personified. However, where there's a mutual understanding that the boy (vice versa) is to sponsor the girl through school/career, so that in the end they would marry each other, then, the lady would sure be blamed if she reneged from such an arrangement in the end - so long as she wasn't cajoled into the relationship by the boy and also so long as the boy didn't give her reason to question his loyalty towards her in the cause of their courting period, because loyalty is like a two way traffic, its reciprocal. In this particular scenario, the boy shouldn't regret his action or have others crucify him, because s/he who betrayed you will always remain your slave till the end of time. Personally, I have a maxim that says "betray me shame unto you, outsmart me shame unto me." I'm never afraid to stick out my neck fully to any cause I believe in. It will take only my fellow adventurers and reciprocity proponents to understand me better. 17 Likes 2 Shares |

MissCokie: This is true. I had a girl back then, who I actually borrowed 300k, she refused to payback and when i was in urgent need of the cash, she was no where to be found. You're always pointing out facts. 6 Likes |

LordKO: My advice is this, even in the presence of a mutual agreement or not, do not attempt to sponsor her. Your family would appreciate you more, if you invest that money in any of them. 25 Likes 1 Share |

MissCokie: Dear, mind games is only for small-minded people. If I cannot be of goodness to a lady/person I termed a friend then, I have no reason keeping her close. Pretense and hypocrisy aren't my thing. Nothing justifiably inhibits someone that has the wherewithal, from genuinely changing for good, the cause of people around him/her (blood relations and friends in particular and genuine needy people in general) simultaneously. My previous submission stand. 19 Likes 3 Shares |
