I have called Meristem registrar tire. They kept telling me the company is yet to advise them. I think SEC needs to look into this issue of companies failing to pay dividends on the date advised. Its gross disregard for shareholders and investors. SEC should set up an escrow account where companies that declare dividend would be mandated to transfer the money into for payment to shareholders...This conoil delay i don't understand it again o...

Dn't be too confident in Diamond bank q3 result. As stated earlier, since 2015 their impairment charges during the second half of the year usually soaks up the profit. But if they get it right this time, good for all of us. In my opinion, I would suggest we take some level of precaution.

I am still learning TA.
I get confused most of the time when I look at TA prior to buying shares and I end up acting late or not taking action at all.

I totally agree with you.
All those paper profit can disappear in the next quarterly report.

I would have sold mine to you at #1.20. I sold some today and will join you back within the week or next.

It could easily be manipulated because of the small number of shares outstanding. It is a good buy at 50+ level if you are thinking of long and medium term view.
