QUESTION
Please can you explain why, according to those who have had visions of Hell and Heaven or near death experience, they saw men and women of GOD in Hell because of one sin or the other. On the other hand, some of them told of people were refused entrance to Heaven because of the sin of unforgiveness not minding the fact that they are believers.

ANSWER
As I’ve said before, people who make these claims are either seriously mistaken or else they are consciously promoting a false doctrine.

The Bible is clear that Jesus died to pay for our sins so we can have eternal life with him (John 3:16). All who believe in Him are forgiven for all the sins of their life (Colossians 2:13-15) and cannot be sent to Hell for any reason. Our inheritance was made certain when we believed the gospel of our salvation and the Holy Spirit was sealed within us as a deposit guaranteeing it (Ephes. 1:13-14). Nothing can change that. Jesus said that no one can take us out of his or His Father’s hands (John 10:27-30). And 2 Cor. 1:21 tells us it is God Himself who makes us stand firm in Christ.

For someone to promote the idea that some believers will go to hell means they are asking us to believe these promises are not true, that Jesus did not die for all our sins, that our inheritance is not guaranteed, that someone can take us out of the Lord’s hands, and God cannot make us stand firm in Christ. That means no one can ever be sure of his or her eternal destiny regardless of what the Bible has promised us.

I’ve read some of the books people who make these claims have written, but I have also read the Bible. I choose to believe the Bible. After all these books are the words of fallible man, but the Bible is the Word of an infallible God.

Bro Jiggaz, do you believe that once you believe in Christ and your sins gets wiped off, any other sin you commit afterwords no longer count or won't be counted against you?

Yes i believe in once saved always saved. But any believer that continue with a sinful lifestyle doesn't know his true identity and that is a stup.id choice to make. He will suffer the consequences of his sins here on earth cos sin destroys the body and makes our life a living hell. His spirit is saved so far he is a true believer. By true believer, i mean one that trusts in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ Jesus for his salvation. Any believer in Christ is saved forever regardless of what religious people might have told you before.

People do not go to hell because they commit so and so sins.. No!! People go to hell because of one sin and that is unbelief in the finished work of Christ.

Sin is a nature not necessarily the action. Every man has that sin nature which we inherited from Adam. And that nature was what Christ defeated on the cross of Calvary and He now offers us His own nature ( THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD) as a gift. If you reject it, you will die in your sin nature which leads to Hell but if you accept His free gift of Salvation, He will cloth you with His own righteousness that qualifies you for eternal life in heaven.

John 3:16 is the Gospel "For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten son. That whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have Eternal Life".

That is the Gospel.. The good news we are asked to preach to a fallen world. Its all about Christ Jesus.

Eternal security...once saved always saved, instantaneous salvation stuff...but this doctrine does not explain or agree with the verses: Matthew 25:1-11; Matthew 7: 22-23; I Corinthians 10:12; I Corinthians 9:27; Romans 8:24-25; 2 Timothy 2:10 and the prime of them all, by my opinion though;

Revelations 3:1-5 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Lies from the very pit of hell. If after you believe, you continue to live a life not worthy of your calling, you will land in hell and your punishment will be worse.
