He didn't say that only Igbo girls are beautiful. He asked if Igbo has the most beautiful girls in Nigeria. I think he's is right to ask that. I'm not from Igbo but I've been nursing this same question in my mind because if you notice these days, it is Igbo girls that represent most of the states from other tribes in miss Nigeria beauty peagant. And out of the top 5 that emerges for the past 4 years, at least 3 are from Igbo. Find out yourself and you'll understand why the Op ask that question.

Have you asked yourself who are the organisers of those "beauty pageants"? Having ibo girls represent all other tribes in Nigeria is an indication of how much of a tribal bigots they are. Are you telling me there are no beautiful girls in other states? Come on! This people are tribal bigots to the core. Simple!

Beauty pageantry is not just about being beautiful, it's also about being intelligent, bold and sociable. Those are what igbo girls have got that may be lacking in girls from other tribes.

Who are you calling tribal bigots? Is it the organizers or the innocent beauty queens from Igbo?
What kind of awkward mentality is this? Why can't you think of other reasons why Igbo girls represent many non Igbo states in beauty pegeant other than tribal issues.
As far as I am concerned, it is even a great way to reduce the tribal sentiments in this country when you see an Igbo girl representing states like Kwara, Ondo, Abuja Akwa Ibom, Kaduna etc in beauty pegeants. You can't blame this on anyone.
I think the reasons why this happens is as follows:
1. Igbo people are the most travelled and widely dispersed people in Nigeria and argurably the world. They are just everywhere. Most of their girls were born in other states and automatically become citizens and qualified to represent the state in any contest. For example, Iheoma Nnadi who represented my state(Akwa Ibom) in 2014 and won the miss Nigeria beauty pregnant for us was born and brought up in Akwa Ibom. She even speaks our language more fluently than Igbo language.
2. Though other states have beautiful girls, but trust me, Igbo girls are always outstanding when it comes to beauty(I have stayed in Igbo land for 4 years so I know what I'm saying). I have also stayed or at least been to some other states outside Igbo land.
So those states who chose Igbo girls to represent them are not making mistakes. They don't hate their girls either. They simply believe that an Igbo girl will increase their chances of winning the pageant, may be because most of the past winners of miss Nigeria has been Igbo girls.
Pls keep your tribal mindset aside and consider my points above.
