My office is always cold and breezy always. And located in a office building.

At home is cold with mini AC.

So from home, head to work which is not far from each other. I hardly get hooked on traffic.

Then to the market? I go in the evening say 5:30pm when the sun is coming down.

I don't trek under the sun ! Or else I will faint

I don't club, due to cigarettes and igbo smokers , or else I won't be able to breathe and can collapse of suffocation. Infact I can't be around smokers. It's stifling.

If I have to go anywhere extremely important far within Lagos, I take cab cos my car is still at the mechanic's workshop. Then sometimes I take bus sha


I drink lots of water with fruits.

No alcohol consumption, not good for my body system. Infact turns it upside down.

I don't eat junk foods. I love homemade meals.

I bath twice a day, a Must. Orelse I won't be able to sleep at night.

And I make sure I don't keep grudge or malice with anyone. My brain can't handle such negativity.

So that's it.

The day I stopped junk food was when I ate a plate of meal at one fast food spot like that and after eating my heart tightened. I held onto my chest for like 35mins, with my heart beating rapidly. I said oh My God!

Have used my own money to kill. My self.

Oh Jesus please help me.. I sat still, then was waiting for the heart to be free.

After like 45mins I felt better and tired.
My dear that was the last straw.

I say abeg I can't come and use my hand kill myself.

I love fresh vegetables, fresh tomatoes, pepper, fresh utazi, fresh scent leaves , fresh hotdogs, fresh bitter leaf

Abeg lemme talk about food again..
