Being a feminist does not mean one becomes anti men. It's just knowing your worth as a human and not settling for the 'less' society expects you to comply with just because of your gender.

Feminism is not a war against men. It's not a barrier to getting married.

Lemme ask u this question. Feminists believe in equality btw men n women ryt? Women being free to do what a man can do n wud not be looked down on or frowned upon cos it's what a man shud be doing. Now, since feminists believe in that, y is my feminist friend getting upset when I asked her to ask for her bfs hand in marriage? They have been dating for 4 yrs n r both gainfully employed. I stylishly asked her what's up with them as per marriage n she sed the guy hasnt popped the question. So I told her, as a feminist, y don't u pop the question instead. This happened about 6months ago. Our friendship ain't like it used to be. She's still mad at me. Lol. It's easy to preach feminism but difficult to practice it. That's my take on it
