Good evening people,something sad happened to me. My Darling phone crashed three days ago and all my stories are stored in my phone memory. I rush to my friend's house to retrieve the one in his laptop, lo and behold he have sold the laptop. I have no other option than to start typing the stories again. I will be going on a short break to retype Theory X,it won't take time I promise;maybe before the end of the month. Thank you for all the support, God bless you all.

Episode 27



He turned to face the gate. He smiled and shuffled towards the gate. He brought out a bunch of keys from his trouser and unlocked the gate. He stopped for a moment then stepped inside the house. It was the same way he had left it few months ago,the only change was the grasses that had grown between the interlock bricks and the wall. He turned and closed the door then shuffled towards the entrance. He was welcomed by webs as he opened the door. He used his hands to remove the webs,paving way for him to enter the house. Almost everything in the house were covered by webs and dust. He went into the store room,brought a long broom and began to remove the webs from the ceiling and walls. He started mopping the floor and dusting the furnitures when he was done with removing the webs. He made hot tea,drank it then went to the bathroom and had a long warm bath. He went through his wardrobe and found a black kniker and a armless shirt. He changed into it and went to the sitting room. He knocked something down and bent to pick it. He saw Jasmine's photograph near the television stand and picked up up. He smiled,stood up and walked to the sofa. He sat down and stared into the photograph. Hot tears stream down his cheeks,dropping on the photograph. He wiped the tears from the photograph,brought it closed to his lips and kissed it passionately,closing his eyes. He burst into a low pain filled cry as he hugged the photograph tightly. He opened his eyes suddenly and stood up. He went inside the room and took his car key then went out;it was almost dusk. He entered the car and drove out of the house. He arrived at the place and parked the car few meters away from the ditch where he had dropped Jasmine's body and scooted. He stared into the ditch as if he could see her as tears flow freely from his eyes. He bit his lips,lowered his head and shut his eyes tightly. He sat down,coiled himself and buried his face on his knees,crying. He sat there for hours,losing track of time. He raised his head and looked around;it was dark already. He stood up abruptly and moved towards the car,entered and drove back home.
He opened his eyes slowly,wait for few seconds before sitting up. He looked around then inhaled deeply. He crawled out of bed and entered the bathroom. He urinated and brushed his teeth then went to the kitchen. He went through the refrigerator,looking for what to eat. Luckily for him,he found a tin of milk. He took it out,dropped it on the working board,went and on the coffee machine then went out to get bread and egg. He arrived back home few minutes later and off the coffee machine. He took out a bowl and brought the egg inside,added a pinch of salt into it,whisk it them poured it into the hot oil on fire. He put the fried egg in a large ceramic plate,put some sliced bread besides it,returned the tin of milk and bread in the refrigerator,took the mug and plate then went to the sitting room. He pushed the centre table towards a sofa with his leg,dropped the things in his hands and sat down on the sofa. He took the remote and turned on the television. He turned it off when he saw the notification to renew his subscription. He dropped the remote and concentrated on the food in front of him.
He heard knocking on the gate and quickly stood up,with heart beating fastly. He stood staring at the door for a while until another knock came though again;this time louder that the first. A mind told him to run while the other told him to go and find out who it was. He shut his eyes confused. The third knock made him open his eyes,bringing him back to reality. He shook his head and walked out. He stood near the gate and asked.
"Who is that?" He asked peeping through the small opening between the gate and wall.
"We are from the Aso rock?" A voice said from outside.
He held the handle and opened the gate. He saw a man dress in a military camouflage,standing outside the gate. He was holding a gun. Hillary looked around and saw several military men with guns and about three military vans parked and a black tinted SUV. He returned his gaze back at the man who had no smile on his face.
"Good morning sir." Hillary greeted,clearing his throat.
"Mr. Hillary,your attention is needed at the Aso rock." The man said staring into his eyes. His heart skipped a bit.
"Hope all is fine?" Hillary asked fearfully.
"That I don't know. I was only give a command to come with you and that's all." The man replied.
"Ok. Please can I just take a quick shower and change into something decent?"
"Ten minutes." The man said. Hillary nodded and dashed into the house.
He came back nine minutes later dressed in a blue suit. He walked behind the man into the SUV jeep. The doors were shut and they drove to the Aso rock,a thirty five minutes drive from Hillary's house. They arrived at the Aso rock and passed through several security before reached the president's guest house. The doors were opened and they came out. Hillary looked around the surrounding which was beautifully decorated with modern day equipment. About twenty maps of the Nigeria were mounted in a single array in front of the building and in front of them were green carpet grass beautifully and nicely trimmed,fenced by nice fragrance flowers. A fountain carved out from marble stood few inches away from the building. They walked into the house and Hillary was awed by what he saw. Beautiful chandeliers and lamps hung in the air in the large sitting room. The floor were covered by beautiful and expensive rugs. The chairs and tables were italic,a large television that covered half of the wall was fixed on the wall. There were painting on the wall all around the sitting room. Everything inside the sitting room speak of class. The military man gestured to him to sit and he did. He almost sank into the chair. The military man walked out,leaving him alone. He continued looking around at the beautiful things in the sitting room. He turned around when he heard footsteps from behind him. He turned and saw the president coming down from the stairs with hand on the rail. He stood up immediately and put his hands behind. The president smiled at him,he tapped him on the shoulder.
"Good morning Mr. President." Hillary said bowing his head.
"Morning Hillary,how was your night?" The president asked sitting down.
"I slept fine sir." Hillary answered smiling.
"Please sit down." The president gestured,pointing the chair.
"Thank you sir." Hillary said and sat down. The president pressed something and a man entered. He turned and looked at them.
"Get us something to drink please." He said to them men then turned to Hillary. "I was thinking of making you my special assistant on security,how did you see it?" The president said and coughed.
"That will be great Mr. President." Hillary replied beaming.
"You start work next week. There is an official car and house for you."
"I am very grateful sir,it will be an honor to work with you." Hillary said happily.
"Work aside,I invited you for a lunch with my family,they are eager to meet the man who saved their father's administration." The president said and chuckled.
"That will be great sir,having dinner with you and your family." Hillary said.
The man returned,holding bottle of wine and a glass of wine and tray carrying two glass cups. He dropped the tray on top of the table,opened the wine and poured the wine into each bottle. He dropped the bottle on the table then went and served them before leaving.
"Red wine." The president said,sipping from the glass. Hillary nodded. "It is old and expensive. The older the better."
"True." Hillary replied and sipped from his glass.
"Enjoy yourself,I have things to do before lunch." The president said,gulped down the rest of the wine in his glass,stood up and disappeared into the house.
His new job as the president's personal assistant on security made him meet new people,travel more and spend more time at the Aso rock. He became closer to the president's daughter and soon,an affair started between the both of them. It was low-keyed at first then everyone came to know about it. Hillary was worried at first that the president will kick against his relationship with his daughter but that didn't happen.

Hillary came back home from work late in the night and went straight into the bathroom and took a shower. He came out and saw three missed calls from Doctor Jonah. He was about calling him back when his call came through again. He quickly answered the call and put the phone on his ear.
"I am sorry I was in the bathroom when you called." Hillary said opening the wardrobe.
"That's fine. Have you heard?"
"Heard what?" Hillary stopped in his tracks,tighting his brows.
"There was a case of fire outbreak at the Kuje prison few minutes ago." Doctor Jonah said.
"What!" Hillary blurted;his heart escalate to his mouth.
"This is not a coincident. First it was the Kirirkiri prison and now the kuje prison. Something is happening."
"Something is definitely not alright but don't worry Doctor Jonah,I work at the Aso rock now. I have the support of the president. I will see that the situation is being followed up immediately."
"Ok,if you say so. Good bye."
"Good night." Hillary said and ended the call. He took out a polka dot pajamas,closed the wardrobe,wore the pajamas and went to straight to bed. He slept almost immediately his body touched the mattress.
Tania walked into the sitting room,floating her sexy body around. Hillary squinted and smiled. She went to the fridge and took out a mango drink then went and sat beside him. She took the remote from the sofa and changed the channel to another showing the popular reality show,Keeping up with the Kardashians. She dropped the remote,crossed her legs and sip from the glass of juice in her hand. He turned and stared at her for a while shook his head and turned to the television. She seem not bothered,she always does things to suit her interest. He flecked his eyes.
"I like Kourtney the most among all the Kardashians." She said excitedly. Hillary let out less audible scoff and shut his eyes.
"I don't know what excite you in this show." Hillary turned to face her.
"Everything;the fashion,gossips,drama and everything. This show is BAE." She giggled. He raised his brows shocked. "Yeah,I remember. Dad is hosting a party for some of his old school mates next month in England and you will be free for me,you know?" She winked mischievously.
"How can I be free when I am the president's special assistant on security? I am suppose to be with him everywhere he goes."
"Sorry to burst your bubbles but dad won't allow you go with him to England."
"Why?" He asked concerned.
"Dad and his old mates take turns to host a yearly reunion in England and non of his PAs or SAs are allowed to follow him there."
"I have a friend whose father finished from UI and he have never attend any of such reunion."
"Who is talking about UI?"
"But the president finished from UI."
"His father,granddad made him study Biochemistry at UI but dad always have passion for Computer science so he went to Cambridge to study Computer science after UI,though only few people know he went to Cambridge."
"I never knew the...wait,which Cambridge?" He asked concerned.
"How many Cambridge do you know? Please!" She waved her hand on his face and returned her eyes to the television.
He stared at her for minutes confused. He couldn't believe what he just heard and what it meant. He stood up and walked wearily to the room. He took his car keys and left the house. He tried Doctor Jonah's number but it was switched off. He drove to his house and found it locked. He drove to the hospital and met him coming out of the hospital.
"You look worried Hillary. Is it work?" Doctor Jonah asked leaning on the car.
"There is trouble in paradise." Hillary answered looking up at Doctor Jonah.
"I don't get you?" Doctor Jonah raised his left brow.
"The president finished from Cambridge."
"And how is...wait,Cambridge? As in,the Cambridge where The Hallow originated from?"
"Yes." Hillary nodded.
"No way." Doctor Jonah chuckled. "I thought the president finished from UI? That's what we all know as the president's almer mata."
"We were fooled. According to what Tania told me..."
"Who is Tania?"
"Oh,I didn't tell you." Hillary scratched his head.
"Tell me what?"
"Well,I am kind of in a relationship with the president's daughter." He shrugged. Doctor Jonah's eyes bulged and his mouth formed a big O.
"Like seriously?"
"Yeah,like seriously. We are still young at it,taking one step at a time." Doctor Jonah nodded.
"The president knows about it?"
"Yap." Hillary nodded.
"Ok." Doctor Jonah nodded,remain quite for a while then spoke: "Back to the problem,how sure are you that the president also belong to the organization?"
"We will have to find out."
"How?"
"Wire the president."
"Hell no!" Doctor Jonah objected.
"Hell yes. That is the only way out now."
"That is dangerous and risky also."
"Life is all about dangers and risks. Don't worry,we have done more dangerous and risky things in the past. This is minor compare to those things we have done. You things wiring the president is more dangerous and risky than stopping a bomb blast?"
"Be careful. It is getting more dangerous everyday."
"I will,trust me. This won't be difficult;I am the SA to the president on security."
"Yeah." Doctor Jonah nodded. They shook hands and parted ways.

Hillary sat around the table laughing at the joke made by the first family. He occasionally glance at where the president sat;at the head on the table and sometimes use the tail of his eyes to look at him. The president seemed relaxed and enjoying the jokes going around. Something touched him on the crotch and he quickly look up to see Tania staring at him and biting her lower lip seductively. He raised his eyebrows and signaled to her that they are not alone. She winked and moved her tongue around her blood red painted lips slowly. He blinked severally and looked away. She continued playing with her leg around his his crotch and he continued eating. He cleared his throat and attention was drawn to him. Tania hastily dropped her leg,nearly falling down in the process.
"Do you need anything Hillary?" The first lady asked from where she sat.
"No ma'am. I think I need to ease myself." He replied looking at Tania.
"Ok,the rest room in over there." She pointed to a direction.
"Thank you ma'am." He said,moved the chair backward and stroad to the direction. Tania stared at him annoyingly as he walked away.
He entered the restroom,locked the door and placed his back on the door,sighing heavily. He shut his eyes and raised his head up. It seem easily but everything is getting harder all thanks to Tania. He sighed again and opened his eyes. He shuffled and opened the water closet seat,opened his zipper and brought out his joystick. He closed his eyes in ecstasy as the urine pour from his joystick into the water closet. He shook every last of urine,returned his joystick into his trouser,zip back his trouser and pressed a button. He closed the seat and walked to the door. He brought out the small microchip from his pocket,stared at it for a while then returned it back into his trouser. He opened the door and went out. He ran into Tania on the hallway and jerked frightfully.
"You scared me." He said looking at her. She raised part of her upper lips in a mock sneer manner.
"Be a man for once Hillary."
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"Dad sent me to pick something from his room."
This was it! The perfect opportunity to put the chip in the president's room. "What are you thinking about?" She snapped at him.
"Nothing. Should I follow you to see where the number one citizen in the country sleep?"
"Why? You sound mischievous. Hope you aren't thinking negatively?"
"How?" He sneered uneased.
"Like getting me laid there." She said smiling.
"I am not that stupid Tania." He scoffed.
"Ok,let's go." She said,turned and started walking.
He shook his head and followed her. They arrived and stopped in front of a large Italian door. Tania insert a key into the keyhole,turned it anti clock and pushed the door open. She stepped in and he followed her. Hillary's mouth formed a very big O at the beautifully decorated room. Everything was neatly and perfectly arranged inside the large room. All the furnitures in the room were painted golden. The rug on the floor was green,the same color with the curtains. The duvet on the bed was white and black. At the far end of the room was a full set of cushion and a glass table. Different paintings hang on different areas on the wall. A small mahogany table and chair were positioned in front of one of the large windows. Pile of books and a pair glass were placed on the table. He glanced at Tania who was busy opening a safe which was beside the bed. He stroad to the table,put his hand in the pocket,turned and looked at Tania then brought out the microchip from his pocket. He conceal the back of the microchip and placed it under the tip of the table.
"What are you doing?" Tania asked. His heart jumped to his mouth. He turned to face her,smiling sheepishly.
"I was checking the books here." He replied.
"Dad don't like anyone going near that table;not even mum." She said in a angry tune.
"I am sorry,I didn't know."
"You need to go first or they will suspect us." She said putting her hand on the hip.
"Ok." He nodded and walked to the door,opened it and went out.
He sighed relieved,walking hurriedly back to the dining room. He smiled as he sat back on his his seat. Tania came in moment later with something inside a large envelope and gave it to the president. He excused himself and left the dining room. They finished eating and retired to the sitting room. Hillary spent a little time with the first family then left for home.
He put another microchip in the president office the next day and the investigation began. Two weeks after wiring the president's room and office,there was nothing suspicious about him. He listened to all the recordings over and over again but found nothing.
"I think we are just wasting our time Hillary. The president might not belong to that organization. Not everyone that finished from Cambridge will belong to the organization." Doctor Jonah said when he met with Hillary at his house.
"I don't think so,they all seem innocent until they strike. I am suspecting the president;I know he is a member of the hallow. Maybe he doesn't talk about the hallow at home or in the office,but he is definitely a member."
"If you say so. I pray all this end soon."
"My prayer too."

That night,Hillary couldn't sleep. He tried all the techniques to aid him fall asleep but they fail. He wasn't ready to watch any movie that night and decided to listen to the president. He went to the store where he keep his things and sat on the plastic chair. He on the lamb and touched the keypad of the laptop. The screen came to live immediately. He carried the headphone and put it on his ears. He was greeted by a loud moan of ecstasy and immediately took the headphone off. He grand it teeth embarrassed;it was a bad idea after all,wiring someone else's bedroom. The thought of the hearing the president having sex never came to his mind when he came up with the idea. He dropped the headphone on the table and rubbed his hands over his eyes. He stood up,walked to the door then stood. He turned and looked at the laptop then walked back and say down. He carried the headphone and slowly put them on his ears,closing his eyes. The moaning was still loud,he wanted to stop but his instinct urged him to continue. The moaning stopped after few minutes and he sighed relieved.
"Teraz, gdy inni się kończą, co innego?"(Now that the others are out,what next?) The first lady's voice asked. Hillary opened his eyes and raised his eyebrows. What language was the first lady speaking? He wondered.
"Pozostaną niskie, aż wszystko się skończy." (They will remain low until everything is over) The president answered. Hillary knew something was wrong. Did they know he is listening to them?
"To jest dobre. Co postanowiłeś o nim i Tanii?" (That's good. What have you decided to do about him and Tania?)
"Jego związek z Taniami jest rozproszeniem. Wkrótce go zabiję." (His relationship with Tania is just a distraction. We will kill him soon)
"Wiesz, że jego matka jest liderem i nigdy się nie zgadza." (You know his mother is the leader and won't agree to that)
"Zastrzelił ją, myślisz, że się z tym nie zgadza? Nie będzie miała wyboru, kiedy spotkamy się w Londynie." (He shot her,you think she won't agree to that? She won't have a choice when we meet in London?
"To prawda. nie możemy ryzykować narażenia." (That's true. We can't risk being exposed)
"Dobranoc, skarbie." (Good night dear)
"Seks był świetny." (The sex was great)
He heard them giggled then they became quiet. He waited for sometimes and gave up on listening. He went and picked his from from the room and dailed Doctor Jonah's number. He quickly ended the call;it was late already and don't want to disturb him. He went and lied down on the cushion in the sitting room with his hands behind his head,staring at the ceiling. Different thought kept coming up in his mind. He slept off in that position.
He called Doctor Jonah and they agree to meet at the former's house later in the evening. Hillary was in the kitchen microwaving the remaining assorted stew and rice when Doctor Jonah's call came through. He cut the call and rushed out of the kitchen. He took the gate key from the table in the sitting room and went to open the gate. Doctor Jonah drove in and parked his car on the driveway then came out. Hillary went and meet him where he stood,they shook hands and then enter into the house.
"I am doing something in the kitchen please,I will be back soon. Help yourself out with something in the fridge." Hillary said and walked into the kitchen.
Doctor Jonah went and opened the fridge,brought out a bottle of chill Fanta then went to the cushion and sat down. He opened the bottle and gulped down the drink. He picked the remote and switched on the television and relaxed back on his seat. Hillary came out of few minutes with two plate of rice. He dropped one plate on the glass table in front of Doctor Jonah then walked and dropped the other on a small stool near the fridge. He went to the kitchen and came back with two glass cups. He went and took out two bottle water from the fridge,handled one with a glass cup to Doctor Jonah then went and took the stool with the plate of rice on it. He dropped it in front of a cushion and sat down. They ate in silence,then Hillary took the plates and cups to the kitchen.
"So,what's up?" Doctor Jonah asked when Hillary returned from the kitchen.
"I overheard the president and the first lady speaking in another language last night and I know they are up to something." Hillary replied putting his hands on the hips.
"Ok,let me listen to the language,maybe I will know what language it was;I studied few foreign language back in school."
"Let me go and get the laptop." Hillary said and walked out of the sitting room.
He came back few seconds later with the laptop. He dropped it on the table in front of Doctor Jonah and scooted beside him. He clicked on the laptop and rewind it.
"It is Polish and you're right,the president and the first lady are involved in this." Doctor Jonah said after listening to the recording.
"What did they say?" Hillary asked curiously.
"I think you're officially is deep trouble,they are planning to kill you soon. And you know what,I was right when I suspect the first family not minding you dating their daughter because that is your distraction." Doctor Jonah said folding his arms.
"Wait,they're planning to kill me?" Hillary asked shocked.
"Yes,they plan to kill you soon; after the reunion in London."
"No way." Hillary chuckled.
"We need to act fast and plan ahead of them. You need to disappear for a while,go into into exile,go somewhere they can't trace you. This is becoming too much."
"That is not the way out. I have decided to sacrifice my life to my country If the need arises. I won't allow those evil men and women to ruin this country."
"What do you plan on doing now?"
"Expose them."
"How? The president;the number one citizen of this country and the commander in chief of the armed force of this country is a member of the organization. He have thousand of loyalist behind him and I am sure those people are not dumb,they are super intelligent;they are good at what they do."
"Chill,cunning man die,cunning man buries him." Hillary said smiling.
"What do you mean by that?"
"We go to London and finish off this bullshit!"
"Like seriously? Go to London? We will be handicapped there. There are lot of cameras out there and finding us will be much easier."
"Don't worry,we won't be alone this time around."
"What do you mean? You're bringing other people into this? You know it will be dangerous,right?"
"Calm down." Hillary sneered. "It it not just anybody. I have a friend,her name is Teyana,she works with the FBI. I will talk to her and see what will happen."
"If you say so,fine." Doctor Jonah shrugged. "What will be the plan now?"
"We will travel to London. We will expose their activities to the world this time around and everything will be over."
"I pray so. So when is the president traveling to London?"
"In three days time."
"And when is the reunion or rather gathering holding?"
"In about a week time. We will travel two days to before the reunion."
"Ok." Doctor Jonah nodded. They chatted for some time then went out to have some drinks.
