Some Women!!. Talk to her about it. Tell her you know the baby is yours and see what she says. She agrees and hands over the child to you....easy. If she disagrees, then you have to go back to your drawing board and make sure you have checked all the loose ends, the source of your stories about the date period of the birth of that child, the source of your informants before you take the next step. This is important so you don't end up disgracing yourself when it turns out you rushed into battle on false information. The next step is a legal step. Contact people you look up to and respect. Tell them the things you know. Involve a lawyer, approach a hospital, get a court injunction and send it to the girl and her husband requesting that the child be made available for a paternity test. (Your ex and her husband might not give you permission to go on with the test if they don't get a subpeona). They might need his birth records from the hospital. Before taking this step, make sure you have broached this issue to her husband. He might be unaware that the child isn't his. Women can lie wonderfully when they put their head into it. She might have lied and emotionally blackmailed the man into accepting the pregnancy and the resulting child was his when the man might have raised some questions. So talk to him first before you take the legal action towards getting 'your' son. |
