Unless what you are doing is not to certify your documents for admissions or verification. Go to any chamber and ask about notary lawyers they will direct you to their offices at pH. I only know about two in Enugu

there are same just that notarized document ate done by notary public while certification is done by governmemt agency like court and justice ministry they both serve the same purpose. Lagos get many cheap atea to notorize or certify document i huess if you go to ignosere or ikeja under bridge

Some people can like to give false information about things they have no clue of instead of just saying they have no idea.
My sister out of her desire to assist me with my plans to study in Germany asked a friend of hers that is resident in Germany to help me get the Verpflichtungserklarung (sponsorship letter), and he told her that its not possible for German schools to give direct admission to
Nigerias, that Nigerians must do a german course for a year (which is true for BSC applicants without german knowledge, applying for a German thought course). He even said he tried bringing his own brother to Germany to study but couldn't because it wasn't possible (lol). He said the blocked account will be permanently blocked. He said many other things and gave my sister reasons to doubt the possibility of studying in Germany.
I told her plainly that he doesn't know shit about what he is talking about, and made her understand that it's possible to be based in a country and not know anything about the countries visa and immigration rules.

He can't damp my spirit, I have already started sending out my applications.

The truth is nobody wants to sign a Verpflichtungserklärung for someone you hardly know, lot of legal stuff involves, if the student fkucs up, it's not just a paper but whoever signs for you bears total responsibility for your stay in Germany during that one year period.
So all the stories is to avoid signing.

Go to lagos high court, its just beside ikeja general hospital at ikeja under bridge.

They said its 200 Naira par page for certification.

did mine in ph today paid 5k for 5 set of document i.e for 5schools so thats at the rate of 1k per set sincerelt its should be charhed at 10naira per page but you know naija things so na your bergaining power a friend did his own for 4k for 5sets so try your best to bring it down dont pay more than 2k per set ok all the best

I am not in PH but I still trust Nipost,though they may have had logistic problems which may cause such delay. Yet my brother and others have been using it. It serves us well for now. Only that you must be early in your application posting to avoid late delivery. I do target one month time to deadline but most of the mails reach in less than 3weeks. People in Lagos record faster delivery than distant states.

exactly i can do that with the ones with december and january closing date but for nobember no i cant also we in ph na wahala so i need to send to someone in lag to help send from the airport
