He do me strong thing for MTH 201 and 202 too. (and in many other MTH courses sef) I am not sure there is anyone who had any contact with Maths dept that did not feel Layeni's heat. But, he really is a nice person.

He had such a high expectation and just did not get the fact that not everyone loves mathematics.

In all, he was mostly just misunderstood and he was also very shy.

Will i say our set was lucky as he did not take us, although a lot of people still failed math 201 and 202. I guess the guy was just too intelligent for year 2 students

I tried to submit EOI for 186 and 187 under engineering technologist, is it viable. The 186 keeps saying "client does not have enough years of experience for nominated occupation". I have checked tirelessly to obtain the years of experience requirement under eligibility of the subclass but can't find it.
Any ideas people?
Do I just click the seek exemption button? Currently have 1yr11months verifiable experience related to occupation. Other 1yr 5months not verif able.

Sir Jayooh you are not eligible for 186, you must be nominated by an employer and same goes for 187 (Regional employer)

But I think the EOI is for expressing your interest so that I qualified employers can see your profile, contact you and decide whether to nominate you or not. Or did I get it all wrong.

Someone mentioned something about an employer contacting them earlier in the thread if I can remember.

Then if one has a volunteer position experience but cannot be verified by means of monthly salary; pension; or PAYE. How can he go about it. Only intermittent transfers or irregular sum from employers account to mine.

The contract was a milestone something. Based on this our naija construction industry.

It can help me gather 5 additional points to hit 70point if I can aim 20 points in english

Nah! You can only apply for those Visas if you have already been nominated through other means.

@Good people, bellong hows your day going.
Like you advised,I have already started preparing for my PTE and CDR.
Na you I go put all my worries on now so get prepare for plenty mentions in the days to come lol.

My question goes thus, while reviewing the Engineers Australia MSA here is what I saw

Applicants who have claimed engineering employment for more than 12 months or have based their career episode upon professional experience must provide a reference letter from the employer (reference letter on official company letterhead, stating your title/position, commencement and termination dates of employment, signed and dated by the author).

One of my career episodes is an internship of one year I had at a state government power generation plant and I was not paid.
I could make effort to get a letter headed (by state government) typed letter indicating that I had the internship at the time however will that be sufficient ?

or should I just base all my career episodes on school projects namely
(i) B.SC final year project.
(ii) M.sc Thesis
(iii) M.sc project

These thesis are actual courses with credits in my transcript so they are easily verifiable, I am bothere if I use work related activity as CDR I might be directed to provide muvh more details that I may not have access to like a reference letter et al knowing the bureaucracies of government parastatals.

I have another experience that I might want to write a CDR on but the company is defunct although I have their reference letter with me, kindly advise me on the best scenarios to use for my career episodes as I am targetting the Professional Engineers for Electrical Engineer and the maximum point I can get even with perfect pte score of 20 points is 65points.

In summary, will my decision to use wholly undergraduate project and graduate thesis affect my evaluation as a professional engineer by the Engineers Australia ?
