I don't know their weight because I have never weighed them, I don't understand the light stimulation you are talking about, but sunlight do enter their pen, I feed them with one bag of feed in 2 days. they look healthy.
Re: Starting A Poultry Farm (a Blog) by Turks: 6:33am On Nov 09, 2017
Timing of light stimulation can be used as a tool to help attain desired egg size. In general, earlier light stimulation will result in a few more eggs per hen, but at a tradeoff for slightly reduced egg weight. Later light stimulation will result in a few less total eggs, but a slightly larger egg weight earlier in production. In this way, lighting programs can be customized to best meet the egg size demand of a particular market.

. You are under feeding the birds that's why you're getting such result. Increase their feed to one bag a day since they're 200 in numbers and also give them multivitamin in water.

I have observed over time that when birds are placed on antibiotics/anticocci, they tend to drink less water which results in low feed intake.
Whenever that occurs, I suspend the drugs if there's sign of relief on the birds and place them on cool clean water after which I administer vitamins to boost their appetite.
But I do think that suspending the drugs without completion of dosage may result to drug resistance. But I haven't experienced it yet for broiler.

Antibiotics Resistance is real my brother. Why administer a drug in the first place if you’re not going to complete the dosage?

On point
GidiPrince:

I've had this case before, it's tough but here is what I did and got excellent result though it was for grower pullets.

Isolate affected birds, give both groups Tylodox + Polidine for 5days.(if you've used tylodox, tylosin or enro, dont repeat)

and spray the birds with polidine- this is to reduce the spread of the coryza.

For the pox-like thing around the eyes, get procaine penicillin and water for injection, inject 0.5 ml per bird. And you'll see how it'll dry up ASAP.

P.S my case was as worse that both eyes of some birds were covered. But it all wiped out and no mortality. The birds are still doing good till date.

And please, improve your ventilation and sanitation so as to aid convalescing and to avoid reoccurrence. The root of this disease is respiratory.

Best of luck.
