Fast charge is supposed to boost charge from a minimal of 5% to 80% okay their is nothing wrong but If below or flaunting fast charging check USB cord and power input

Google Deactivated SD card App storage for safety of App Data but you can root phone and do it manually. For your Whatsapp what type of Whatsapp and did you backup with drive? Before manually restoring you must first backup with drive
