I click on the 3 dot at left hand side and I saw download update thinking it's what I'm looking for... after wasting my data to do that and it told me installing and after that it reboot and still no changes .. I was surprised after wasting my data and time to do that

You downloaded your current ROM again, try and manually download the ROM and install,

mf910v is the glo band 28 own. Just search for mf910v on aliexpress, that model has glo band 28 support(700mhz) instead of band 20

You can't get miui 9 with your old rom or even with the one you are downloading, hope you have enough data. You'll need to download the latest miui 8 rom to get the miui 9 OTA. Alternatively, download the miui 9 manually, GrandMufti already gave you the link, then try flashing manually. Even though it fails to work, your data won't be wasted because you'll just need to download the latest miui 8 rom, flash manually, then do the same for the already download miui 9 rom. In all, you'll need over 3gig of data.

Modified :If you check the screenshot, you have like 3 more downloads to do before getting miui 9,will advice you to download the next update via OTA, then proceed with the above steps
