please help. my Hot S just got hung while I was operating it yesterday, and it eventually went partly blank, that's, part of the screen was blank in between like a TV set that's not clear, still in the hanging condition. I couldn't exit or close the app I had opened, so I immediately press the power button and it went off and on automatically, I.e rebooted... then it started working normally as usual... please I'd like to know the cause and how to prevent it from happening again. thanks
