you are missing the point. Victor Moses is good at dribbling, it is conspicuous and no one is trying to gainsay that. The point is that how many of those dribbles led to goals and chances created? at the world cup, you may meet teams with good defensive setup that will make your “excessive dribbles” not to count by not yielding any goals. Ever since he recuperated from injury, he has been unplayable in the wing back role. He recorded an assist and earn his club a penalty on Saturday and on Tuesday against A. Madrid he was a delight to watch. He created two good chances and caused the Madrid's defense problems. He did all these playing as a wing back. And I believe that with the freedom he enjoys when playing for the SE, he will put up better performances when going forward as a wing back. And also allowing Mikel-Iwobi-Iheanacho attacking combination to go uninterrupted.

What am happy about is ability of Rohr to experiment am very sure he will be used as wing back during one of our friendly...

Yes, he should be tried as a LB in a four man's defence as well as LWB in a 3 man's defence before given finally verdict on him. This should also be extended to other players fighting for slot. But if Elderson is fit and playing regularly for his club, he is a sure bet to make the list. No doubt about it

This may not be as easy as you think. Dortmund are looking for a top striker to guarantee them goals.

As it stands he doesn't fit the profile for a team with high ambitions. The more he stays without showing quality ability the worse it will get. He should look for a loan move to another EPL club which again will be problematic.

My advise he should look at lower clubs in the Bundesliga and La Liga, if he can get one on loan.

Otherwise he should pray he has a great World cup 2018 and use the SE to promote his career, otherwise it will be further down hill.

This takes me to his leicester team. Everyone wants this guy to have scored at least 10 goal by now but the reality is he got injured before the season even started, bear in mind also that he did not participate in any form of pre season tour whether with City or Leicester. I dont do sentimental analysis. Those who know me know I do objective analysis. The dude hasnt had much starts since this season began. The dynamics in the leicester team is not the same as what we have in Man City.

I dare you to bench Jamie Vardy for the next 6 games and start Iheanacho in front. Pair him with Okazaki and ensure Demarai Gray is in the mix as well and lets see who will return better goals ratio... Until that happens,those saying he isnt quality should stop talking. Thank you

For what Pep wants hard truth is Sterling is much better.

You are making excuses for a player who simply has been unable to adapt and perform. You earn the right to play week in week out by top performances. Vardy has proved his ability KC has not simply put.

You are putting other players down who have proven ability to promote your favoured player. KC is a very good player that is not in doubt but to pull others down to push him forward is not the way forward.

I will explain why I am trying to fit Onyekuru in and not Ahmed Musa or anybody else.

There are teams you come up against and quick passes will not work, Iceland is a perfect example. You can stand infront of their backline and make 20 quick passes but those guys won't move until you come closer and you see that they will double up on each of your players what do you then do? You need quick dribblers. When you have a player who can just beat his immediate marker that creates room instantly and serious panic through the opposing teams rank(this is why I believe Iceland will be mincemeat for Argentina precisely). Now we don't have Messi but we have Onyekuru and Iwobi two guys who are nice(not great) dribblers and under normal circumstances we will place a CF who can pass the ball well and engage in your one-touch-two-go football, in that same way Onyekuru or Iwobi(depending on who is well-placed) can make those Alli-esque runs when the CF falls back and joins the passing triangles in the middle.

Against Croatia though is another thing entirely. We will have to adopt a system similar to Barcelona 2015. These guys midfield will kill us if we engage them so here we sacrifice midfield play for outright direct football. Rakitic is a briliant DMF when he plays there and someone said Kovacic hardly plays for Madrid, well that is because he is out injured, he recently returned and has already played a game for them, pure quality, no need saying much about Modric. There is another problem too, their midfielders all have wonderful shots so they should not be allowed to even come so close to our post which is why I wouldn't play Onazi. In this type of game we need direct players, once we get the ball we should take a maximum of 3-4 touches and get the ball to the forward players without dwelling on midfield play

Shocked with the shuffle in the managerial positions at Everton due to the arrival of Sam Allardyce. With the return of Sam Lee. Unsworth who I felt was doing a good work as the caretaker manager gets demoted to the U23 team as their manager. I liked Unsworth methods and I felt with time he was going to get the team playing well. However, he was able to show what he could offer when Everton won their last game under his command 4-0.

Most shocking is the employment of Craig Shakespeare as one of the Everton coaches. We will see how things pan out.
