I don't have a passport here and cannot remember if they have passport number on all pages. If I were you, I would scan that page to show you were back in Nigeria and not add any LOE, keep it simple, if they notice, they will ask, you will then explain that the immigration officer made a mistake .

They do have passport number perforated on all the pages in the booklet

What I think is more important is that the date of birth on your ECA report is the same as that on your passport. I made a mistake with the DOB i entered for my husband when registering for his WES evaluation, I sent them his passport, birth cert and affidavit of age declaration via hellofax when sending his BSc certificate and they quickly effected the changes. I think you should go the route of ensuring you put the date of birth that shows on your passport and birth cert (assuming they are both the same) when you are applying on the WES site. You could also include information on your cover note (if using hellofax) when sending these docs about the disparity on your transcript if you so wish. My own thoughts though.
Muslimity:
Hello All,

Please, I am new here but need guidance from those who have experienced the issue of date of birth printed on transcript which is different from passport. I have not registered with WES yet but I need help of how I can align the DOB with my all my documents. Has anybody have his university (mine is UNN) changed this before? What is the way to go about it. Please help guide me. Thanks.

Good morning my people, please I need answers to these questions.
1. Can I modify an info on my profile post-ITA but before eAPR? I realized I mixed up my job titles. Can I do it now before I continue my application, the way I could before the ITA came or must I continue the application, modify the info then save and exit till when I am fully ready to submit my application at the end of January? And will I need to include an LOE to explain why I am changing the title names? I am already planning to change my NOC post-ITA. Errm... I do not have an ITA yet so someone else might be able to answer that
2. Hubby's passport bears only his first name and surname, no middle name. I entered the pool with it like that, but I want to know if I can change it to reflect his middle name since we have an affidavit covering his middle name. Must his name be entered exactly the way it is on his travel document or can an affidavit be uploaded to show the reason for the disparity?Just let your stuff be the way they are unless there's something special about the middle name that you do not want to miss out on

Biko, help me answer. Thanks.

Post ITA when filling your spouse profile, there is a question if you have used a name before. If you select yes to this, you will get a placeholder for spouse for you to upload an affidavit. If you havent submitted e-apr, you can still modify it.

Biko, help me answer. Thanks.

Education Maximum 25 points

University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level or equal 25 points

University degree at the Master’s level or equal OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equal). Occupation related to the degree must be:

NOC 2016 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body

Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy. 23 points

Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) 22 points

I wonder what the emboldened means

Check the number of hours you entered in work experience, is it per week or per day?, Re-read the question and check that you enetered the correct answer.Someone once entered hours per day instead of per week.

Yeah. I paid attention to that too. Could it be because I entered only information about my masters under educational history? ill try again

I think it is safer to disclose every irregular information on your new passport booklet (if any). If they did not request for the old one, you may as well ignore it altogether to avoid unnecessary delays

I just checked, the number is on each page. I guess she will have to scan both her passports and include LOE.

Hi Newmum 0615, I didn't have a similar issue but in addition to the brilliant responses you have received, I wanted to share a few thoughts regarding the first question below.

The definition of skilled work experience from the CIC website is as follows:

Skilled work experience
You must have at least one year, in the last ten years before you submit your electronic application for permanent residence, of continuous full-time work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in a skilled occupation listed in Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the 2016 version of Canada’s National Occupational Classification (NOC)

So long as the job you did is a skill type O,A or B and you have over 1 year experience, then you're good to go. With regards to the Job title and NOC duties specified and the mix up you had, an LOE will suffice.

My assumption is that you have been invited, so effect the corrections and attach a detailed LOE. Additionally provide enough proof to convince any case officer that you completed the tasks listed. In addition to a detailed reference letter, I suggest other relevant documents to prove employment.

Question 2 . I forgot to add that you need a proof of ID from the unaccompanying parent. So just 2 things the form and a means of ID

Individualized answers will be appreciated, those who added spouse post AOR can help with #1, single parent applicants can help with #2, while our entrepreneurial applicants can tidy #3. Ojogbons, elders and gurus/gurus in the making can attempt any or all questions. Please no jump and pass biko.

Safe delivery in Jesus name.
No fixed timelines far as I know. We haven't even done his medicals yet, his placeholder also isn't on my profile. Though I only just submitted on Saturday.

Birth: 16th October
CSE: October 28th
Acknowledged November 6th
They didn't take action until I sent a reminder mail 7th December
ADR to submit his documents came next day
Submitted 9th
Profile currently reads no additional docs required.

If his place doesn't come up by Monday, I will send another mail.

Don't waste time in visiting unilag for these. My verification took 2+ month till I went to the office that handles it. They actually included my name on the list to be verifi3d instantly. And in less than 4 days. Wes completed.

I av a contact of the woman that actually batch the list for sign off. Mrs Olaiyan... but can't post no here.
