If she wasn't a Nigerian, she wouldn't have been so quoted. She would have been quoted a an american lady married to a Nigerian. When your hands at filthy, don't claim that they aren't yours. or b) Read it and still have no understanding of what it means!

Racism is not mentioned here at all, rather the issue is sexual battery of a minor and or sexual harrasment of a student by a teacher, wether a minor or not. eg Lecturers harrassing girls in the university.

The age Does not matter, even a Lecturer and undergraduate relationshp can get you into trouble, so can Employer/employee etc. Once it's deemed you are in a position of power, avoid such liasions, they can be seen as Sexual harrassment, and unless you are livng under a rock, that spells trouble now.
