Dear Nairalanders,

I'm not here to take sides with anybody on whether masturbation is good or bad or come here to give tips on how to cure masturbation and pornography addiction....... Just want to hear you guys opinions on this matter.

Some body said that how masturbation affects you depends on how you evaluate it into your life equation. How true are these facts that has been posted on this forum over the years

Truth is most people only see the accumulated effects of masturbation. These include blurry vision, low brain functionality etc. If you are on a very good diet, you'll probably not feel any adverse effect. My honest advice is masturbate according to your diet quality.

Jerking off costs you much more than you can imagine, physically, emotionally, spiritually, health-wise etc. There's no such thing as masturbating in the right doses.

Stopping the habit entirely would be a good idea.

wasting money and ur sacrificing ur blood to please the women. Masturbating makes u suffer erectile dysfunction, later, though I don't know how soon, though how frequent is crucial. But definitely there is a difference btw real sex and masturbation, for those who sex are connecting with that Lady spiritually, but for masturbators they connect to their soul but loose self esteem.
