Church is a business, and it's God's business. So if the people footing these bulls are not forced nor complaining, no one has any right to harass them or question their financial probity.

Most of the people that patronize these churches are doing so because their hapetite or needs were met there.

Just because monies are donated to your church does not mean you should wastes such monies on lavish parties for yourself. Churches are exempt from paying taxes. In turn, the church's finances must be made public and spending of the church's funds must also be done prudently, and on social causes that benefit society.

Schools and hospitals used to be built by churches, but now, pastors use the church's monies to buy luxury things for themselves. Does anyone remember this? For God-sake, HAVARD UNIVERSITY WAS BUILT BY A CHURCH. THE PASTOR OF THAT CHURCH DID NOT BUY PRIVATE JET FOR HIMSELF.

Because tax-payers monies are given to churches and other charitable organisations by not collecting taxes from them, it therefore becomes a crime to use those monies in purchasing luxury items for yourself.

Again, the monies that these churches have are public funds that belong to UK tax payers, and do not belong to the pastors. Consequently, the UK government should arrest these pastors right away and prosecute them for "criminal diversion of public funds."
