I recommend this book if you are finding it hard to stop porn viewing/marsturbation ; " As a man thinketh" by James Allen. download the audio version or read the whole text aloud while recording your own voice with a your phone or a recorder. stop yourself every 5 or 10mins and save what u have recorded, then start a new session till u finish the whole book which is not very bulky. Now, make sure u listen to this recorded speeches of yours everyday with an earpiece ( morning and night) and anytime u feel u arre about to have that evil urge to masturbate or watch porn. If you are consistent and always listen to this regularly and always even when u arre free and not doing anything. I promise you, u will HATE masturbation and porn viewing with passion. You wiuld even b angry at yursef for every moment u have ever masturbated. ... Having actual sex is better, with a faithful partner, preferably in marriage. Cos indiscriminate sexual relations has its danger too.
