House, a friend needs an advice .

She got Distinction in banking and finance in ND, 1st class in Bsc in banking and finance and Also Phd grade in her masters in banking and finance.

She was employed as an assistant lecturer in a Nigerian university into the cooperative and rural development department with a condition that she must add more credentials on that department within an accreditation year.

She has been searching for such Phd in that profession.

I wouldn't know if anybody can help with a useful information in terms of school and such major in US.

She is contemplating maybe she can ignore the school directive and settle for finance or related major and if the admission succeed with assistantship, she will resign.

Please HELP.

Habba!!! With all all her distinction, first class, Phd grade, she still can't do research on her own and on what she wants, e get as e be o.

If you really like her, tell her to put her request on this website first www.google.com, then you can start reading from page 1 here to see so many links that you can check schools and courses. grin grin grin

Hello Guys

Please I have been requested by TAMUC to send official diploma and official transcripts. It is stated on the school's website that electronic copies are not accepted for these two documents.

I understand that the official diploma in our WAEC result. However, I don't know what the process is to send WAEC results. Secondly, this NASU, SSANU strike that has been on for two months implies that I may not be able to send official transcripts despite having the scanned copies.

Kindly assist if you have a contact at the University of Lagos Records office or have a suggestion as to how to resolve this issue. In addition, I will appreciate if anyone that has experience with sending "official diploma's" can provide guidiance on what steps to take.

Happy Weekend smiley

Thanks

The School will be fully back on Monday. You can go to record office to check the status of your transcript. Meanwhile, explain the situation to your school so that you don't miss deadline for submission of official transcript.

Goodmorning everyone. I am sorry its been a while i came here. Janauary has been very engaging with class work and GA. I am currently studying my MBA at Sulross state university in Texas, this is actually one of the top 20 most affordable yet quality universities in America. I will like to give back to the thread by assisting graduate students who will like to get admitted to my school. There are less than 50 international African students in this school as its dominated by Americans and mexicans. I can also help push for a GA position with the help of the Lord.

Otherwise you can visit the schools website www.sulross.edu

The weather condition here is similiar to that of Nigeria and its a beautiful small town.

Cheers
Hi, please I will do much appreciate if you can enlighten me more coz I plan studying MBA aswell . Hope to read from you soon.

Hello house,

My cousin was recently banned for 5 years from entering Canada as a result of a misrepresentation he made in his application for a study permit ( He forgot to indicate that he was once denied a visa to US in 2013, thinking that the question was asking if he been denied visa to Canada).

My question is that can he still apply to study in America, without the ban in Canada affecting his chances of getting a visa?

Thank you very much

Which is it? He forgot? or he didn't understand the question you're talking about? smh...Whatever the case is, both countries share lot of information and I wouldn't be surprised if your cousin runs into issues getting an American visa.

I logged into my account and saw this in the picture.
I requested my official GRE score to be sent to them and ETS have confirmed that it was sent to them since 13th of December. I have sent a mail to them about it but I don't know what the "other" means.
Do I have to send official transcript before they give admission?

Hi,just seeing this. No you don't need to send an official transcript.i took mine to the grad school in person when I got to school. Give them a call from 8:30am (4:30pm naija).
