Everything in context.......a broken marriage is much better than a horrible one. Even for the children. So if you don't want to celebrate it, that's fine, you can mourn if you please. But the op knows best what ordeal she's just escaped to give herself a chance to live. I commend her courage and celebrate her emergence from that unhealthy union. If she's happier now, then I'm happy for her.

Madam try to understand one's perspective before replying. I never said or asked her to stay in a horrible marriage. I am not just happy at the rate marriages of today in Nigeria are failing, be it the man's fault or the woman's.
How ever you look at it, children some how always gets affects when marriage fails. Feel free to make it look good in anyway to suit your idea but you are not that child.
You must understand I will never support abuse to a woman or a man but Most of you ladies are so quick to jump into conclusion and if possible kill the man and fail to understand that there are always 2 sides to a story.
I only mourn because too many marriages are failing. Baby mamas that use to be a thing of shame in our society in now seen as normal because some people getting married can't stay married.

No time to whine, it's not retaliatory in anyway, i'm just tired of seeing good ladies fall into the hands of men that ruin their lives, not only do these men make them stagnant, every sense of self and achievement they had before marrying those losers reverses, it makes my heart beats...But then, like we've expressed earlier, they leave good men for bad men, forgetting that bad can easily slip into worse, and worst down the line..
