It is not misleading. The video was done last year but she said she was doing it for future purpose. Now, she has made the confession and suddenly the video she made months ago surfaces on Sahara TV. Shouldn't that tell you that this video is a discreet way of passing the truth behind the confession to you?

Of course, as part of the deal, Stephenie may continue to make videos exonerating Suleman but the whole truth is contained in the video in the OP.
