No it's a service, built to tackle the reason around PayPal, trust me they are making money and it's to your bank account if there was any fraud activity, you will be arrested easily since you have a BVN and KYC Form. Let people know about it. PayPal blocking Nigerians is a stupid movie currently because Fraud is perpetuated in other nations.
