Onyebuenyim:
Please I need serious help, am applying to Estonia but I need advice as to the schools I can apply to with my qualifications. I scored 7.0 on my IELTS academic, I have a 3.27 CGPA from banking and finance, all my documents are ready but I want to know which schools am eligible for??

Check here https://estonia.dreamapply.com/ and please try to make adequate research by reading up on this thread at least. Some questions you are asking have already been answered. You're going for a graduate program, the least you can do is research and not wait for information to be handed to you on a platter.

i have already read all there is to know about estonia admission and even asked one person there who knew my sister in the UK. i know all the information but i feel there must be something am missing, in terms of grades and admission thats my main issue.

Please brother I am applying for a course and a reference letter is needed, how did you acquire yours and from where?
I contacted two of my former lecturers and got a letter from them. in some applications,it will be specified whether you need to get one from your workplace or all from your former teachers.

It wasn't specified where or how I get it.. I currently work in the Civil service.. Should I get it from my office with a letter head?? Or just meet an organization and request for it?

the conditional admission means u have to pay your one year school fees first before the main admission can be issued.

ok. i feel it will be more preferable to get a letter from your two lecturers. but in case you couldn't, just get one and another from your workplace all on a headed paper.

If you are living in Nigeria, your best routes to Estonia or Lithuania are Turkey and Egypt.

Some universities don't accept less than 2:1 they don't deal with CGPA, mostly class of degree so if you graduated with second class upper, the opportunities are unlimited. But with anything less, you have to search through the universities in dream apply that accept less than 2:1. I heard Euroacademy does, but I'm not sure.

They accept provided the applicant has strong 2.2 starting from cgpa 3.0.

Euroacademy

Is it second Class Upper or 60% of CGPA?

I don't really know dear, I'm not familiar with the BA application procedure, maybe someone with the knowledge can help. But from the little I've seen here, I think you need to get the report card of your secondary school education in addition to the WAEC cert

Your transcript does not necessarily need to tally with your waec, better still mail the uni

Thanks, wouldn't it look fishy if I have records from two different schools in respect to a particular degree?

Lol, even abroad, students transfer from one high school to another. I'm pretty sure they are mostly interested in your grades and how you've been able to maintain it
