1. Your battery has probably lost much of its efficiency and might/will need replacement.

2. and 3. How often do you do Infinix updates? How about the useless apps that you do not need taking up space in your phone? Your brwoser nko? Do clear the caches and browsing history often? Is you phone infected with malware?
anytime I go to d update, it tells me it is up to date. So I have never updated it since I bought the phone. How do I clear the caches? How will I erase the malware if it is infected?

Infinix updates to its OS regularly and it usually takes from 500MB and above worth of internet data , trust me if you have updated you will know.

There are apps you can use to clear cache. I used infinix Xmanager that came with the phone though, as I don't usually like installing third party apps. Check if you have any of those infinix preinstalled apps that do the same.

As for the malware, try and do a scan with an anti-malware software. Also delete (and stop installing) those apps that usually cause unwanted ads on your phone. Those unwanted ads are major culprits.

NEXT TIME YOUR PHONE GETS INFO WATER..BE SMART AND ENSURE YOU TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AND PUT IT INSIDE RAW RICE..DIP IT INSIDE RAW RICE OVER NIGHT....YOU'D BE SHOCKED AT HOW THE WATER WILL VANISH...MAKE FINDINGS ON GOOGLE IF YOU DON'T BE LIVE...I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS SOLUTION TO MANY AND IT WOREKD FOR THEM ALL....SO FAR YOU'VE NOT ALLOWED THE WATER DO ANY SERIOUS DAMAGES!

After one month? Wow!
I've taken it to different engineers, they all work on it thoroughly, some even use a drying machine to dry the water yet no positive result. Then one of the engineer at computer's village advised i change the panel! :

Exactly. Happened to mine last year. Took it to calcare, they changed the panel. Paid about 15k
