Go to any major bank in Nigeria.

I'll recommend Zenith Bank. Just tell dem (manager, customer service or head of operations) that u wanna fund ur German student blocked account using form A, they will take over from there and guide you accordingly.

U can get ur visa after few weeks of your interview, all things been equal.

You dnt need authentication before funding.

If u've dorm account or u kw a trustworthy person dat has, u can buy from black market, pay into d dorm account then u transfer.

If not, then use Form A

To defer means to shift (or lemme say postpone or carry) ur current admission to a later semester (most times to the nxt semester).

Yes, if u defer, a new admission letter for d nxt semester will be sent to you, which makes ur current admission letter invalid, thereby making you no longer fit/qualified to go for the present/current semester visa application interview.

Depending on ur school, but most schools will send ur new admission letter almost immediately (couple of days or weeks depending on the school policies). Other schools may send it at a later time (a bit late) but definitely quicker and faster than those applying for a fresh admission.

If ur new admission letter comes early enough, u can use it to apply to d embassy immediately the embassy opens for dat semester visa application, which gives you an upper hand to get ur visa early enough. What I really dnt know of or what I'm not too certain of nw is if it is appropriate or acceptable to use ur let's say winter admission letter to apply for visa during summer visa application period, and vice-versa. Just do more findings on dat, although I "think" its possible.

And about not doing interview again yea if you have done your interview before and couldn't meet up because of some reason and if you are lucky enough not to get a rejection then you can mail the embassy why you would like to differ everything to the next coming semester. And the visa application would still be valid upon presentation of your new admission letter to the embassy.

My school don't do deferment stuff, I have to re-apply, application opens next month 1st March for Winter semester, I will get my admission letter at least in three weeks after application. I haven't been rejected yet, I've been asked to fund before 19th Feb, I cannot meet up, but it'll be funded by month end/march. Should I inform the embassy that I want to defer? so that they'll be aware and not reject me, thanks.

Oh, sorry about that.
Just give a try in writing the embassy on that regard.
But in most cases, its about writing the embassy that you want to withdraw your visa application.

I used blocked account opening confirmation from Fintiba, just to show I have a Blocked account, you can send the payment confirmation at a later after your interview.

Yeah, possible.
But they'll ask you to fund before they hand you they Visa, and they'll probably say the AM was a mistake.

Send it together with the rest of your documents for preliminary review documentation (VPD), in case you have already sent the documents, just use courier service to send your certified TOEFL scores to them. Alternatively you can send them your online results link (Applies mostly for IELTS)
