The oil needs to keep falling until the shale guys close shop. That way supply will reduce again.

US oil output surge 'reminiscent' of run-up to 2014 crash
PARIS (AP) -- A leading energy watchdog says that the boom in U.S. oil production is reminiscent of the rise in output that eventually led to the 2014 crash in crude prices.

- Not trying to scare anyone...lesson to self...makes sense when they say invest only what you can afford to lose/have a long term mindset.
- Remember, the vulture is a patient bird - the market has always perfected a way of taking back what it gave...we must learn to be eneke the bird.

Cash is king.

Better to use your cash to buy. If you are trapped in the market, you can't offload your paper gain and the stock may reset to the price you bought earlier and Yiu will only resort to getting more funds from outside to buy rather than using super gains( assuming you sold during the rise) you have made to buy more units.

Where this happens, you will be calculating how much you would have had as units if you had cashed in on the paper profits.

Go to any of the INEC registration centres in your local government with the photocopy (front and back) of your voters card. Tell them you want to update your details as some of the details on your card are wrong. You will be given a form to fill and told when to check back for it. May take some time though.
thanks oga I appreciate

There is a news I saw that several Russians were amongst the Syrians killed in the airstrike by US. What is the effect of this on the world market?

Will the Russians retaliate?

I am in the market with my two legs.
Arranging for some loans to pick some good stocks at a fair price.

Most of what you hear here are noise as long as you are your own man.

Oil price is the koko, and the last time we had this kind of discussion, someone actually brought a graph that showed a direct correlation between oil price and the NSE.
We have got to keep our eyes on it and aling our strategy accordingly.

You better buy both UBA and FBN now, this is the lowest price you will ever see this year.
The train will fly after end of year result.

On a particular trading day, someone said that the day will be the last day Diamond will go below N3.

It is well below N3 now.

Future will tell.

And you will still look for more capital to average down at half those prices.

Any calamity that will bring GTB suddenly down to ₦8.00 will not even leave you with any cash, either on your brokerage or bank account.
