Before you jump at declining, why not see what the situation would look like if you do not claim points for a PR sibling? Besides, she must've included your parents' names in her application when she was at it, so I'd think that the burden of proof now shifts to you. If you have your birth certificate that bears your parents' names, parents' documents that lists their children (it is expected that both of you would be included, except... ), pictures that you both appear in (even better if your parents feature in them).
It's not like these are out rightly sufficient requirements, I'm only rendering my thought on the matter.

The fact that they said "we will process your application in 6 months or less"does not mean everybody would receive their application in 6months

As you may have observed from the trend, some get it in days sef.

Please before you begin to look for PM's email upandan, just remember Nigeria is not the only country applying for EE/Permanent Residence

Do not let them ban us from this scheme o!

Patience is key in this journey.

Your cousin should wait, take his/her mind off it...for it would surely come.

While waiting, he/she should develop him/herself, prepare for the future ahead.
