But as for how it is being used by housemates.....

Its a form of suprise, an exclamation. When someone says something shocking, diss someone, etc U just shout "Funke" like U were shocked and wanna report the act to someone(Funke)

I think Big Brother presents an opportunity to study human behavior and the science behind liking a particular individual. You take a look at people like Angel, Princess, Ifu, Dee one and Vandora despite being active don't have a lot of supporters like other housemates.

Because people are supporting based on physical appearance. This is what I've been criticizing since yesterday. It's really not about personality or behavior. People are voting simply because someone has a fine face.

These people you mentioned and some other few are the ones making the show interesting and they are the ones contributing meaningfully to unmandated activities. But hey. Nigerians don't care about that. We are guided by our superficial biases. Physical appearance is what's paramount to us, irrespective of the fact that this isn't a pageant show.

Dee1 to khloe: you get followers not fans. you get 1 million fans nah hin u dey here....hehehehehe.....see as khloe gentle, dee1 don finish Khloe o

Abuja no big but for You to know every club and lounge it means alot.

Nothing interesting is happening in the house but let me give a brief summary to those who didn't watch yesterday.

The housemates task presentation :


Scene opens with a judge (cee cee) reading out her judgement to the accused (K brule) the court clerk (bam bam) stutters as she reads out the injunction .
K brule is apparently found "not guilty " and goes out to the road to flag down a bus.

He first encounters a professional beggar (Leo) who tries to swindle him out of some money, during their subliminal tussle an armed robber appears on the scene (teddy A) and tries to rob both of them,nearby, is a baba sule beggar (tobi) dressed in a fitting outfit with fake gray moustache to compliment it.


During the course of the robbery attack a policeman (miracle) appears , retrieves the gun from the armed robber, sends him scattering and kicks out the beggar.

K brule is joined by two women (ifu eneda) dressed like a Lagos tart and a very pregnant (princess)
The two womem begin to insult each other. Princess calls ifu a prostitute and ifu calls her an old witch!

K brule who's had enough finally flags down a bus.
Alongside the two querulous women, they all enter the bus, in the bus there is a native Yoruba woman (khloe) , a student (Nina) the bus driver (lolu) anto and a few other extras.

During the the tumbling and bustling in the torrid ride, the pregnant princess goes into labour and all the passengers of the car alight to take her to the hospital and in the waiting room , the doctor (vandora) comes in to tell them that the woman has put to bed and it's a bouncing baby girl.
The whole cast erupt into a jubilation ,which transcends to a 2 minute dance .
Bam Bam ends the play with a sing along song about oneness and unity.

The play ends.

My personal MVP has to go to Khloe , who nailed her role perfectly. Yes I can be honest voting line has closed .

Notable mentions have to go to princess, lolu and dee one .

There were several laxity in the plot though.

There was an accused in the court room but no plaintiff or defence attorneys representing the prosecutor and defendant.

The under represntation of the diverse ethnicities in the country .

The decapitation of the morals of our country .

And the ridiculousness of it all (passengers in a very busy state like Lagos, all abandoning their destinations to take just one woman to the hospital)

All in all, they won their wager, I guess that counts for something?

Dee one has finally put khloe in her place.. She can brag for Africa #
