One advice. Go to embassy first before anything and deal with him. Carry marriage album or anything. Don't ever call family meet before taking this action cos they will soft pedal everything and u will cry. Carry the documents before he starts looking for it. I wish u can do it quitely without him suspecting and pretend . I wish u can even get visa with ur kids thou not easy cos hd has declared u dead meaning he has declared war. Do anything to be safe but pretend to be dunndy. By now u should know ur marriage is over oh. No matter how we or u waNt to paint it , ur Marris is dead. After embassy then if possible for to police so he will sign threat of life. Don't be fooled by love . Nothing like that in ur stage now. Only few men knows whT is love. Preparating your death certificate while you are still alive and for failing not to inform you before doing such is an act of wickedness and lack of respect for you no matter his excuses that means at the end of the day he will elope with the kids and his lover and leaves you behind despite all you have been through with him.
Take those copies to the embassy ,with your marriage certificate, your work ID, family picture's and anything that proves you are married to him.
Immediately the embassy will cancel the visa and send notification to all their offices, airline and airports, him and his girlfriend will be denies ad Barned from coming to that country for yhr rest of their lives.
If your are scared of the out tell the embassy officials to cancell the visa and carryout their investigation and protect your identity. Trust me he won't know that your are behinh it until he dies just pretend and don't ask him anything, behave as if nothing happened
