Inkredible: That mumu button go scarce oh....Personally, i think British people are very proud and i don't mean that in a bad way. It's just the way eg....SW looks down on hausas as illiterates! In my experience, i think, Brits generally have a superiority complex, so will probably need to be a big time person to attract or impress a Brit...Very handsome, great personality or be a footballer rich! or celebrity...Otherwise, maybe you are the one who will be the mumu and profess your undying love, probably because of visa and end up being the 'Houseboy". I think, other Europeans, except for Germans and maybe French, are less proud and more likely to date you or fall in love easily, Indian or Pakistani....those ones will not even look at you, as their family will easily frown on you as a black person. The family usually arrange marriages, no matter how much they might like or love you. But, what do i know, i've only been here 1 year! I had a 1 night with a 37yr old Romanian divorcee and i think she felt she was doing me a favour. I wasn't into it, she was just disturbing me and i was trying to be polite! And the blacks i try to hook up with on Tinder and other dating websites are extremely proud, even more so than whites. So, if you no fine, no money, and not a celeb. You might save yourself headache and get a wife in Nigeria who will love you like Superman for bringing her out of Africa 34 Likes 3 Shares |

UKmigrant: Like i said....i gave my opinion...N aperson wey dey wear shoe dey know where he dey tight am....If it were so fantastic, and i don't have anything against inter-racial relationships! , every black person would only date the other race! Personally, i'm a simple man....I like big bum...it comes first for me, and it doesn't have to be too big, As long as it's not a straight, flat wall 1 Like |

Geetrix: British Nigerian/Nigerian British girls are something else! I keep hearing complaints about them. I had a Nigerian friend that just kept dodging all the British born Nigerian girls cos he said he didn't have energy for their drama. As much as English girls are quite materialistic and lazy (my hubby told me this one), I don't think the British born ones are any better. Na hear say o, nobody should come and beat me! As for why a lot of men prefer to marry Nigerian born women, I think its pretty obvious. Other than the fact that there will not be culture differences (which can be extremely stressful to overcome, trust me), a Nigerian born will be humble and grateful to the husband for the move abroad. At least for one year, she will pamper and cater to the man. Also, if she is not aware that the UK Laws favour women, she will cope will a cheating/abusive man. Finally, Nigerian born women have seen a lot of suffering, they will happily work to support the family rather than leave the man to work alone, or happily stay back home and watch the kids. I am not generalising ooo! 7 Likes |

Geetrix:I think you got it the other way round. Oyinbo will fall in love with you even if you are cleaning the street and when she's tired she won't pretend she would fall out. I have seen cases of female top executives married to security guards and they are happy to show them off. 6 Likes 1 Share |

wonlasewonimi: A typical Nigerian or African man will have ego issues....No matter, even if he's married to Beyonce! You think he will be happy?! Which kind of exec be that one....Its him that will be doing all the childcare, cleaning the house etc...If he Bleep up, na the door! That's a typical one oh....except, he's a happy woman wrapper like Tobi, how many do you know! He will cheat on her on every opportunity and he won't be able to exert he's dominance....there's a guy at my workplace...He suits this description....He always used to encourage me to date the oyinbos...Till he started telling me how he has to do childcare, take out the trash, all the time....When he visits Africa, they leave all the work for him....I bought garri for him from an african shop and ovaltine, the wife did not let their daughters drink it! Anyway, different strokes for different folks....As i said, i'm a simple man, if i see Oyinbo with big bum that likes me, me sef go enta |

I think Black British will probably adapt better, but we that are from Africa...not sure it will be easy, except you are very lucky. But i guessmeeting a wife from Nigeria too that will be rib of your ribs is also God's grace. Especially, when things like finance, family and culture come into play. Except if your sex game can solve any problem or irregularities in the relationship. Sex is a drug like no other 3 Likes |

Again, look at Tiger Woods and his oyinbo wife. I don't tolerate cheating sha, but the guy got caught, see as she provoke, divorce , wan bankrupt the guy....VS Beyonce and Jay Z...lol....ANyway, if you're very rich, there are slim chances your Nigerian wife will leave you because your pecker can't stay one place....not endorsing cheating sha |

Geetrix: Swear down! One of my school children, first time I met her, I saw her surname and was excited that she was Yoruba (fellow Nigerian in a 90% white uni), I said “wow! Kemi Bode, you are Nigerian!” She said, “No, I’m Cynthia, I am British!”.. I confuse. I pointed out her surname She then said, “Oh, yeah, my dad and mum are Nigerians”.. I almost fell down laughing . I don’t blame her for disowning us sha! Funny, She was the only nice British Nigerian, the other ones didn’t even bother to mingle. We, the akpurukas, gave them space. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Geetrix: Not all white women are bad, same way not all black British women are bad. The only thing is to be careful that you aren’t a meal ticket and to be a responsible man- Why on earth should you cheat on a woman you claim you love?! Also, if you love a woman, helping her cook and clean wouldn’t be hard- this is where Nigerian women differ from white women, we know how to do house girl work sotey the Nigerian husband would forget that women are the ones that are meant to be pampered! 11 Likes 1 Share |

Geetrix: All these examples you're giving. At the end of the day, it really falls down to the individual. I know so many African men who went back home to marry their wives. When some of the women arrived and saw that the system here supports women- they stopped tolerating some of the things they were just managing before from their husbands oh. In typical African fashion, the husband say their eyes don tear -women wanted a divorce. A particular couple, the man kept on hanging on as the woman was pregnant -only for her to put to bed and we saw a black-asian baby. LOL! 2 Likes |

When I see a 'freshie' uncle and an Oyinbo woman, the first thing that comes to my mind unfortunately is - Papers/benefits There are so many Naijas/Africans all over the country i don't understand the whole traveling to village to get a wife thing, but seems some men like someone to be indebted to them 12 Likes 3 Shares |

DisGuy: Lols. But this is not the USA where I presume it's relatively hard to get ur Citizenship. Most of the "fresher" uncles came on a good visa that in no distant time, they getting their ilr and citizenship noni. Plus, they getting paid well. So issue of papers/benefits is really not factored here. 1 Like 2 Shares |
