I'd say building a house.

I mean, Marriage could come way after I've had a comfy home to fall back to.

my guy most of friends were saying that they will marry first before building a house, it was long debate yesterday so I decided to bring it here in nairaland to hear your guys opinion.

If you have someone you love and tend to marry, get married first and build the house together , I doubt there is anyone who takes pride in moving in to a ready made house , as a wife. Building a house from scratch with someone can be exciting and strengthen the bond.

guy u beta build ur bonk even if na 2bedroom oh b4 u drag urself enta dat lane
marriage and its associated expenses will not allow u build a house for urself except ur pay cheque is really fat.
remember ladies of today hardly support a man, if u like dnt learn from the bitter experiences of other people.
i have a bungalow somewhere already @30,
my plan is to get a car then buy anoda land b4 getting married.
if i am not able to build the second house wen married i will easily know whats up.

guys should please finish building their house before marrying abeg..all this join join building with ladies causes lots of rifts..joint houses,joint account..e.t.c..should be avoided......talking from experience
