49) British taxi driver secretary
I can't remember the name of this sitcom, but it was shown on NTA2 Channel 5's Super 7:20 belt in 1989.

A taxi driver picks up a woman and he discovers that the woman is his old secondary school girlfriend. The woman owns a company, but she is embarrassed that she is doing so well while the man is a cab driver, so she lies that she is a secretary and says that her actual secretary is her boss.

The man and the woman have an affair, but the woman has to try and prevent the man from finding out the truth (that she's very successful).

50) Frank’s Place

51) Sura De Tailor
Was there anything that Tunji Oyelana could not do? He is a fantastic singer, an amazing actor and a great comedian.

This is a video of the original song. This song was adapted to create the theme song of this sitcom and the song was further adapted by the government to create a patriotic song.

The theme song had this refrain.

"Sura de tailor,
oko Adunni,
the friend of Major,
expert in Toro, danshiki, and buba, also English coat and trouser o....

Sura, Sura
Sura de Tailor is your man.
Sura, Sura
Sura de Tailor is your frie-n-d."

Lyrics by Professor Wole Soyinka

Never really watched Buster Keaton but I am a fan of silent movies, even cartoons,The Pink Panther still remains one of my favorites.

I've written about CockCrow At Dawn countless times on Nairaland, but it's not a comedy show, it's a drama series and that's why it's not on this list.

I even have pictures of Ene Oloja, Sadiq Daba, George Mentie and other members of the cast.

Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn was an adventure series. It wasn't a comedy show.

I see what they are doing! The NTA is celebrating its 40th anniversary by showing some of its classic shows at 5:30pm and . . .I just found out that they upload the shows to YouTube after showing them on TV!

Sunny Side of Life and The Turning Wheel are now on YouTube!

Sunny Side of Life

I hope they show Second Chance. There's no NTA show that I would love to see on YouTube more than Second Chance.
