Dear Ruky8 and Everyone experiencing the same problem, so sorry to know you are having this issue with WES Canada. I was in this same condition too but, I just got mine resolved. Here is the path to follow;
first, when you see awaiting verification from institution, it means WES have sent a request to your School and you will also see the VDR request mail in your inbox. Please note that WES mostly sends the VDR to your School my email. if you require hard copy to be sent to your school, WES will charge you for Courier service.
Confirm from your school academic office if there is any fees to send the verification document. if no fees then you are lucky, the officer in charge will send the document by email or fax without you even asking. If there is a fee to be paid, they will let you know. Just follow the school's procedure to pay such fees after which the officer in charge will send the request by email or fax.
If you want WES to receive the verification document from your school in a week time, then request from your school that they send through Courier service and you pay the money for the courier service and viola.

Please do you have an idea of the Courier service that WES normally use to send verification request if one pay for it? Is it trackable, as in, will WES give tracking number? Please I want to know as I'm required to pay $150 for courier service to send the VDR to my undergraduate schools.

Good evening house...I'm sincerely confused,just don't want what to do at the point.I requested for my transcript from my school to send to WES for evaluation.For the past 4weeks now my school didn't send it. When I gt the school I was told that transcript is ready,that I should send it myself..On the transcript envelop the school addressed it to WES through postal mail,i mean WES postal mail was stated on the transcript envelop.I want to ask can I still send it via courier service?i need an urgent response ...somebody help! I am having a slightly different issue, WES received both my certificate and Transcript in June 2017 ,WES sent a verification request to my School which my school has responded , the first was through Email which WES acknowledged verification replied , it was shown on my WES account "WE received document from your institution" but after 24hrs my account status is now showing "We are waiting for your institution(s) to verify your documents". So I went back to my school Federal University of Technology, Akure to resend through courier which they did after I paid 7500 for the courier, the verification reply got to WES last week Thursday, WES acknowledged the Verification reply from my school on Friday which showed on my status again that we received document from your institution but to my surprise again , on Saturday when I checked my WES account my status was changed back to "We are waiting for your institution(s) to verify your documents".

It is really frustrating,
please do anyone knows the reason why ?
I have sent a mail to WES several times even when the first incident happned all they said was my school should resend which they did. I need ur help on this please , I have been on WES issue for over 6 months , pls I need ur candid advice

Hi guys . need your help on this. I applied to Wes to have my transcript evualated, paid the required evaluation fee, about 290 dollars after which my school sent my transcript to Wes via dhl. Five days later Wes sent my credentials back to my school for verification and my document has been with my school for a week now. So I went to my school to find out why they've not verified and replied Wes, they said Wes is suppose to pay them 100dollars before verifying my credentials so they emailed Wes to remit the money to the school account two days ago but Wes is yet to reply my school. So today I called Wes on phone with the number on their site, told them my reference number and my problem, but they said they don't pay schools to get verification done ,that they have never paid any school and they are also yet to see the email my school sent. No my problem is Wes doesn't pay school and my school is wait on them to remit a hundred dollars if they don't see d money in the schools account they won't touch my document. Please how do I go about it?? And has any one had similar issue in the past. Please your advice urgently needed because the schools am applying to is waiting on my verified transcript from Wes and application deadline is almost near. Thank you.

FYI: You can send your Degree certificate photocopy via fax to WES (No need for courier or Postal service). It's easier and economical also. Just download a fax app from Google playstore or Apple app store, buy credit units for sending fax document, get WES fax no from wes.org, include your WES Ref no in the cover note and document. Make sure the document is in black and whit. e NOT coloured and less than 20mb. After sending the document, your document should be received and accepted by WES latest the following day.

If you can try and collect the transcript from both school, put it inside one envelope with your certificate and send it yourself.

I think that is the best option to save cost.

My friend certificate was confirmed within 48hrs

Actually I did mine like that
They gave me transcript in school. So I put the transcript and statement of result photocopy inside one envelope and I sent it using my school name.

Anyhow you do it they will still verify your document from your school

From my experience. about a week from when WES update your profile to awaiting verification from your school, you should notify your school about verifying your transcript. It's also better and faster if you have someone on the inside say an assistant registral. It will make it easy since you close to the deadline and verification may require you paying to your school again.
