Number 2 is the safest and less complicated option IMO. Consolidate the funds in your savings account and print the statement. You can ask your sis for a print out of her own statement or get the transfer evidence used for the transaction. All these in addition to your bank reference letter if you can.

In addition, buy t-bills for 3/6months. You'll earn money while waiting on CIC.

P.S Hope you don't have numerous transfers between your savings and current accounts within the last 6 months ? If yes, best to declare both account statements. More-so, if the current account is your salary account.

Cheers!

There are refusals. There have been a few posted. However, it is possible that people some do not post when they have issues.

Refusals should actually be low if everyone dots his 'i's and crosses his 't's, all things being equal. My own reasoning is that, you have entered your profile for the Express Entry and they have given you ITA, which means they will accept you if you can prove all the information you entered on the EE profile. Except there are serious issues like past criminal records, I do not see something that is insurmountable.

People get refused on basis of incomplete POF, and applications are cancelled for missing documents like passport data page, birth certificate of children.....

A close friend was refused last December, we drafted an appeal. She got PPR last friday.

nat138:

I am not an elder here by any chance grin, I haven't seen as well, just one case where there was a refusal but the decision was appealed or so and it was reversed.
I think this process is really straight forward, like few people have said it is one of the most straight forward immigration processes I have seen. A process where more than 80% of prospects go through on their own without the need for agents or representatives is easy I will say. As long as all the procedures and guidelines are followed to the latter, you should be fine.

Option 2 should be fine. However, you can still buy TBills so as not to keep the funds idle or is GTB saying that you cannot buy TBills from a savings account?

I do not think the money should be moved to current account, what is the reason for moving it there? Or is that GTB will not give reference for savings account, I am trying to get the main issue......I think I faintly recall someone said something like that.

@Emmasonic4me, the refund is real. I received the automated message same day as I sent the mail to WES customer service. Today I received another mail that they will process my refund although they did not state how long it will take.
Emmasonic4me:

You're welcome. Please keep the house posted on the outcome.

2. Which account is more suitable to keep the POF the PA or the Dependent( spouse)
Note: we have not created a profile yet.

Hi, have you received a feedback from PEBC..I'm still waiting for them.here is my Email address ogenelson07@gmail.com contact me

ilekzy:
Thanks for the info. Pls when did u submit your documents and did any of your friends get acknowledgement email? When do we start counting the 8 weeks.
PEBC really needs to improve on their communication channel considering the amount of money we paid for this evaluation. There should be a way of knowing when they have receive your documents just like WES

1. Yes, it is a gift and you will need to do a gift deed. Read this post to know more about gift deed.

2. "If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money" (Source). Preferably, you can put it in your account.

Please my good people any help with this will be appreciated

In my opinion, you should reflect the Australia, China and UK trips. My reasoning is that since you are neither a PR nor citizen of any of those countries, you need to disclose those trips accordingly. In addition to that, you may also want to indicate that you are in the UK at the time of application. You'd lose nothing giving those details.

There could be better suggestions from the others.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by happytbaby: 11:32am On Mar 07, 2018
Please just include everything.

You will still get PCC for both the hypothetical UK and Nigeria anyway.

Please I have a question about the travel history form.

Lets say I'm currently residing in the UK, and have made many trips to Nigeria, Australia, China and back to the UK. I only need to reflect the trips to China and Australia on the form right? (because it says to include trips made outside of country of residence and origin).

Yes you should only include trips made outside your country of residence. That’s what I did.

Cheers.
