This has really affected my social life,feeling really depress dont knw what to do.pls help me if U heard of someone that went through similar problem or a doctor here

PS: Whenever I swallow something I do not feel the pains, its occasional and mostly in the morning

So sorry about how you feel, it must be really distressing. I also understand why the doctors kept repeating the HIV test cos as they say, 'common things occur commonly'.
A few questions that could be of help.......
> How old are you
> Have you been loosing weight
> Have you been coughing?
Quite a number of conditions can be responsible for what you experience, especially as it didn't respond to antibiotics.
> Esophagitis - An inflammation of the throat and food passage
> Thyroid problems
> Peripheral neuropathy - Essentially a nervous problem due to long standing illness
> Sjogren's syndrome. Rarely.
I'd advice you visit a teaching hospital or a general hospital where the doc can sit with you and properly evaluate you.
You may also need to do a diagnostic endoscopy- a procedure where a tube is passed into the throat to look at it properly - who knows, they just may discover that you have a component of CREST syndrome.

Let me share my experience with you, maybe it will help.
I had persistent cough for over 3 months and took all the syrup and drugs I know, after a couple of hours of relief, the cough will come back.
All my doctors keep saying it’s allergy so I stopped taking drugs and start checking my lifestyle.
I identified everything I started doing just around the time the cough started; I moved house, just came back from a journey with clothes, perfume, toothpaste and brush, and a whole lot of other things.
So I started knocking them off one after the other, fumigating the new house all over, changing bedsheets, clothes and other house hold items, the painful one is the perfume collections I gave out.....last last, the problem was the toothbrush, charcoal infused tooth-fu*king-brush, after about six months of coughing, it was a sad experience for me. I threw all of them away, including the toothpaste.

Bros definitely u need to see ENT surgeon(ear,nose and throat surgeon).U wont see them anyhow.Go to FMC or Teaching hospital.U will meet them.They are doctors that specialise in ear,nose and throat problems.Other doctors u have seen so far are not ENT surgeons.Do u understand?

You can try oil-pulling, it could help. This involves putting coconut oil in your mouth in the morning before brushing or drinking anything. Just one tablespoonful will do - swish it around for 15 -20 minutes and spit out. Do this every morning religiously for as long as you wish. Good luck. Google "oil-pulling" for yourself.

Do you have infection i.e cold or flu etc? Sharp pains on the sides of neck is typical of infections.

Also who told you that you should go for sugar tests and hiv tests when you dont know the problem.

Better rush to the nearest hospital and get an x-ray of your throat, also go to another doctor and demand he looks into your throat (i mean he looks into it to see if its in good condition), dont assume its anything and dont take any drugs from any doctor until they tell you whats wrong or you will die of either side effects or over dosage one day.

Also look back into 8 months ago and ask yourself what happened? maybe you swallowed a bone and it got stuck. (an xray will help).. also apart from the sharp pain are you noticing any other symptoms?

Okay, about many months ago, I thought I had high blood pressure and might get an attack! Oh boy! The thing be like joke ooo....any small thing, I'll be having heavy chest pain....fear won't let me go to the hospital to confirm if I had high blood pressure for real! After several months of suffering from unnecessary chest pains, one day while coming back from church service i stopped by at a near by Hospital, i prayed to God and took the bold step to go check, lo and behold, my blood pressure was extremely okay! Since then ehnnn....no chest pains again ooo Anxiety and Fear is real oooo! It will make you feel what isn't there and you'd be so certain that you are ill when you are not.

i am nt losen weight nd am nt coughing

sorry about what you are going through, I experienced sore throat for many years and it's not funny cos it also comes with fever and weakness. I did throat swab etc n nothing showed, I took lots of antibiotics and still nothing. the best is natural remedies, I got original honey and blended garlic, bitter Kola, ginger and ended it together before pouring it into d honey ( make sure the bowl has a tight cover) . you take one spoon, morning afternoon and evening. it stays as long as possible without getting spoilt. you can also begin talking apple cider vinegar(ACV) but make sure u dilute a little quantity in water before drinking. when d sore throat is intense, dilute salt in warm water and gargle it. I wish u all the best.

Go to luth a run a text . Let them check inside . Do u smoke or drink , if you do stop it

You are doing 7 hiv tests recommended by who exactly. You have a problem with your throat and the next thing is Hiv test on your own. It shows you are living a reckless life for you to be thinking Hiv is the cause of your throat pains. Oga go to the hospital and let the doctors examine you and treat you. which kind nonsense be this self. meanwhile the solution to your problem might just be one small cheap drugs. he dey do hiv test up and down.
