don't waste your money... get a white background and take the picture wit your phone...that's what I do for my fams

Go to a photo studio, snap a US embassy standard photo, ask them to send/download/Bluetooth it to/for you so you can upload it yourself.

I planned applying like as from June since I would be travelling by God's Grace in November, Pls is it possible for Me to apply now and choose any date of My choice even if it's as far as July or August? Like must it be in the neighbourhood of the last available date?

To my question, can we schedule an individual appointment without the cancelled appointment counting against us? I feel we are better assessed on individual merits

You dont need to fill any form to get the proxy form. The person that wants someone else to help collect his/her passport on his/her behalf is the one that will complete the proxy form duly signed, stating the proxy details and attach a copy of the proxy valid ID.

I only explained earlier how and where you could obtain a copy of the proxy form

An appointment with a fiancee is not a group appointment however once you cancel an appointment it can't count against you as the information will be deleted as long as you haven't been interviewed before.
