Am dying in silence. Am 17 years old and my step dad has been sleeping with me.

On several occassions I have told my mum but she will flog me and say I watch too many movies, I have also tried to tell my real daddy each time I go visiting but when he confronts my mum about it,she will fight him and call him a Bad man.

My dad has gone as far as filing for my full custody but they are still in court. My dad asked me to get evidence but I don't know how to. Please how do I get evidence to give my dad?

My step daddy is very powerful and when he is on top of me I can't move. I will just be shouting and he will use a pillow to cover my mouth.

At times he will force me to lick his private part and if I refuse he will beat me up, Sometimes he also licks my private part and put his fingers inside me.

I don't like it because it is very painful and I feel pain each time I urinate.

Please I need evidence but how do I go about it?

I didn't mean to imply that evidence is not needed. Emphasis on "you" in that sentence. It seems this child is still out in the cold in this situation, and that's why she's asking for ways to go about this on social media. I find it suspicious that a father would still let her be in this situation without taking charge. The matter should be reported and handled appropriately. And these bodies can give you directions. There'll be clarity, and no room to entertain the speculations on social media.

ubunja you are right and wrong.The truth is that nigerian women are one of the best when in comes to family care and keeping and their is nothing wrong in been a feminist when your rights is been trampled upon as far you didn't cross the line.
Our greatest problem is the judiciary,they are very corrupt to fight rape and jailed rapist's.

okay. but on the "family care" i'll differ. based on what i've read here. nigerian girls even have issues doing basic things like cooking for BF and doing his laundry. you know in South Africa how many girls would kill just for that opportunity?? you dont even have to ask, if a girl comes she cooks and cleans and does laundry. dude you dont even have to ask, they do it all with a smile.
