yeah bro..... my elder brother who is around 30years old is 7foot tall.... all my sisters and my mum too are equally 6'3..... it runs in the family....... as for working out, I only do squats with iron when I enter the gym..... The struggles when traveling commercially by bus....*Front passenger sit is a No No..... You adjust like 50times during a 6hr journey...and other commuters will be complaining... If only they know the discomfort resulting from blood clot on one's legs... Mehn i stand and bend most times wen it's unbearable
