Religion is a personal thing I agree.
Even when I was a firm believer I never really saw Christianity as the true religion or something.I became critical in thinking maybe that was when some things in the bible didn't add up.I had doubts did research in support and against then I took the bold step and dropped Abrahamic religion.I still believe in God and I serve God how I see fit.

Let me be sincere with you anybody who leaves religion to the best of my knowledge has identified with logic and commonsense to the best of my knowledge.I like asking questions and there were questions I asked about the bible and I got no answer.Why Is the old testament jewish the Talmud and torah talks about it.The new testament seems to be mixed with Greek mythologies etc.These are questions.And about Jesus I don't know because there are a lot of stories through out history that match with the story of Jesus,Krishna is an example.Even the cult of mithras and sol invictus.

Paul was very vast in Greek mythology and ideology before he converted to Christianity, Greek mythology was the main ideologies scholars studied in the roman empire at that time. So when he converted to Christianity, he used Greek mythology to explain Christ to many of his followers. Greek mythology is very present throughout the Bible, especially the new testament.
