I remember when Fergie was United's coach, he bribed referees at times to win matches or so i heard n it worked.
I could remember a Manchester derby, the scoreline was 3-3 and either 2-3 mins was added but the ref allowed the match to go one till 4mins plus and Michael Owen scored the winning goal for united...
So maybe, just maybe Madrid bribes ref or they are just fortunate or maybe uefa favours them.
I don't really know, but life in general is never fair..
