I don't know if anybody have had this issue before ,There was a time i stumble into my girlfriend's message and as per se they are friend,i never knew something else was going on between them.

That day,I started seeing strange messages,i got to know she's a lez..I need a matured advice on this,because i planned getting married to her.

Will you be comfortable sharing the lady you love with another lady after marriage?

FIRST figure out if she is a lesbian OR bisexual
SECOND understand that many lesbians date men solely to stay undercover, and wann be accepted by the society as hetero.
THIRD why would you want to continue being with a women who is DECEITFUL/UNTRUSTWORTHY/UNFAITHFUL?
FINALLY if she was cheating with a man would you treat her the same as you do now? if you marry this demon, you will never find peace in your life, since you will never be able to satisfy her in the bedroom. how could you?!
