you can claim two or more certificates

there are several evaluation bodies each with advantage and disadvantage. wes is fastest but nigerian schools usually delay in verifying so becomes slower. i believe someone used ICAS the other day for two or more and was successful plus no verification needed. ICAS more expensive than WES though. Do your research yourself and take a decision.

I don't believe I've come across a similar case on this thread. The issue is, you might not only need adoption papers, but the papers will probably need to be dated the date of your fictional adoption many years ago. Start by finding out adoption process in Nigeria and what papers follow. Ministry of Women and Children Affairs in your state will be a good starting point. you can also make enquiries at any orphanage close to you.
