IUD doesn't cause these. The lady definitely has some other medical conditions. IUD can get missing or enter the abdomen but not cause the ovary to be dark or shut down the organ/system

Ok that's also an IUD plan. I don't think I will be able to keep up with those monthly injections, those months roll by so fast. I heard of a spermicide cream that men can appy that kills sperm cells. I don't know how easily available it is.

There are two types, the hormonal and the non-hormonal/copper.Usually, the hormonal is a bit mobile(but in the womb).However,it can move more and pierce the womb.When that happens,it can migrate to the stomach or liver outside the womb.
Two major things cause the movement;one,it is a foreign object and the body naturally tries to reject anything foreign so your body keeps trying to push it out.
Another thing is weight gain.It can alter positions of the IUCD.

Usually,there is a string that is attached to the IUCD that helps to know if it is in place and also makes for easy removal.You are to che k from time to time that that string is not missing.

Every family planning method has side effect(except withdrawal).You are trying to prevent pregnancy by altering the body's natural motion so there will be effects long term.
You just need to match the ones with least risk with discipline. The condoms are handy and when used properly is okay(except there is a skin reaction to the rubber).Learn your wife's cycle and try to stay away as much as possible during her ovulation period. You will be good to go The problem is many say na skin-to-skin.

They are working on it, in the meantime, there are many options aside from IUD. Female condoms, spermicides, Pills, shots, patches, MouthAction, mutual masturbation, withdrawal, abstinence etc are all possible means to prevent pregnancy. Judging by many different marriages and relationships I have analysed here in Southwest Nigeria, if pregnancy occurs, the female happens to handle more of the workload even though it's not ideal. So, I advise every lady to avoid unplanned pregnancies by all these means and gradually teach their men about them.
