What good will sending a paedophile to jail do to the traumatized little girl you ask? How about the relief she'll get knowing that her abuser is getting the punishment he deserves and other little girls will be safe from him. That alone will go a long way in healing her.

The rate of child rape is growing at such an alarming rate because of the sick societal mentality that the abusers should be protected. Once child abusers start getting their well deserved jail sentences, you'll see how much the rate of child rape drop. Prison can be any form of confinement like rehabilitation, the only difference is no criminal record.

Would have said he should be prosecuted by a competent court but doubt being a paedophile is a defence to mental disorder as the perpetrator will be aware of what he was doing, only might struggle to control his urges but has full knowledge of his action which could even be premeditated. So he'd definitely be sentenced to jail for defilement and miss the opportunity to get the needed treatment.

But we have to advise after weighing the situation at hand. Those people calling for the head of the husband will still be the ones to say you ran away from your husband's home without even talking about the reason you did. Save your home! Unfortunatey per the Nigerian Criminal code any girl below the age of 13 cannot consent to sex so such as person cannot be raped but defiled because her chastity has been violated

So unless you're not a Nigerian and come from another jurisdiction where an 11yr old can be raped keep quiet and learn. You're only disgracing yourself.
