Does your friend have a friend in canada? If yes then have her contact the pal to raise the Canadian cheque on her behalf and send it to PEBC, while she sends the notarised ECA request form from Nigeria.
Please note: most Nigerian banks can’t raise Canadian dollar and so she shouldn’t fall into the trap of raising American dollar because PEBC would not accept it.

since you hce his blessings, Yes you can immigrate. Google crs tool and check your points to see what your score will be without his writing ielts.

I got my PPR mail yesterday, but I need urgent help as I'm not sure where and how to send my Passport. Below is the instruction in the mail;


As of May 1, 2018, all original documents,including passports, must be submitted via the VAC.

“Passport Transmission Services” section."

Please I will appreciate anyone's advise on how they submitted their passport.
