Airtel network is the most stupid and useless network in nigeria, they are thieves, how can I recharge 1000 naira and the idiots remove my money telling me that I'm owing them 900 naira whereas I'm not owing them any money..

I called them several times and the idiots keep telling me on phone that they are investigating into it for almost 4 days now, the last time I called them, the useless customer care told me they can't do anything about that, that the 1000 naira is used to repay a loan I borrowed whereas I'm sure I'm not owing this useless people any money..

Na thunder go fire Airtel I swear, Airtel na thief, I must make sure this post go viral and as well post it in blogs and other forums...

lol! I always make sure that there's zero naira on my sim. I only recharge when I have important calls to make, and I must finish it that day.

Guys follow this guy's strategy. it worked for me.
The daily 11naira deduction was stopped after I called customer care.

I experience a 50 naira deduction from my airtel line daily. How do I stop it? I called customer care but they have not been helpful at all.

I’ve been trying to send messages with this number 09025734218 and it’s not going and each time I try it my airtime is being deducted three times and at the end the message still won’t get delivered and when I make calls too i can finish 200 Naira airtime in less than 5mins my data don’t last either it’s like Airtel doesn’t like me but I like you guys. pls do something about it for your loyal customer ehn...biko...ejoh
